Breakfasts

The bathroom shower door did not close and water flooded the bathroom floor. After bringing to staff attention they still refused to grove us extra towels. The TV unit in room did not work properly.

Big room, great value, good location

Location When I arrived, the room smelled like sewage, so they moved me to the room downstairs, but it also had a very bad odor. It was unpleasant. The third room they gave me didn’t smell bad, but it was neither comfortable nor modern. It was quite old, and the furniture and bed were uncomfortable. There was a fridge that wasn’t working, no iron, and the pillows were too high. We asked to change them, and they gave us better ones. We had to ask to change the towels about three times before they actually did. When checking out, they asked us for the pillowcases, which we realized had never been provided in the room. That’s when I noticed the pillows didn’t have any covers. Terrible experience. There were around four different staff members involved, and it was clear they didn’t communicate with each other and lacked experience. Breakfast was very poor, and the flavor was just average. They had run out of coffee.

Clean Small, basic soap and shampoo !! They should merge to big containers based ro the shower walls

The staff service

The hotel is clean, quiet and in a great location. There is an excellent breakfast included in the price. The staff are friendly and warm. I enjoyed staying at this hotel and it is a great value for the money. Nothing bad to report.

Cleanliness is very important to me and this.hotel was top notch. The bed was very.comfortable. i really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely book this hotel again. The staff was also very friendly.

It was very fresh . Was fresh always.The girls who takes care of it were very helpful One more item for breakfast or early lunch light sandwiches you could ask the day before paid in advance and you will get the lunch out of the way

The place is in a great neighborhood and the staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast was basic, but very good. The staff are all helpful and the place is a great value. I have no issues at all with this place.
