The location, safety and security, free breakfast, coffee was excellent, round trip airport service was great, very clean The bed was a bit stiff, rooms have no ventilation unless you open windows, they had no fans available for circulation

The people at breakfast and the ladies who clean the rooms were very Nice. No maintenance of the hotel. Lights don’t work, the couch in the room obviously was ready to be changed, the carpet coming to the rooms needs cleaning, they didn’t fullfill the promise they made in terms of the rooms and the location of them….

Breakfast was simple but good, the room had all the basics for two people. The online check-in is a pain, they sent 4 different reminders even thru WhatsApp which I found really annoying, the system kept giving an error to make it even worse. Booking made a mistake with my rate but luckily they fixed after payment was done. The light switch in the room were placed in very odd locations. The bed wasn't very comfortable and there is no air conditioning.

People were nice and the location is good The smell of the rooms (old and musty). Housekeeping were nice and friendly but I still saw a cockroach. The WiFi was really really bad.
