La calidad del agua es mala. Solo se indica que el agua del sanitario es agua lluvia pero te vas a cepillar y el sabor del agua es horrible igual al olor. También el agua de la ducha huele mal y el pelo queda con mal olor. Me parece una falla que no indiquen eso. Toca comprar agua para cepillarse.

The hotel is well located. The towel on the room was super old and had holes on it. There was dust over the phone etc. Was not the cleanest.

The lady who was serving breakfast was very rude,I ask a couple of questions,and she was answering like in a bad mood...very dry..I didn't want to go back to that area..never felt wwlcome

I love the location and the breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

Laundry services were expensive and a hassle. Price was unclear because they couldn't weight your clothe in reception. So, they communicated the price when my clothe had already been taken away. The payment had to be made when laundry was delivered what it forced me to stay waiting in the hotel. This could be sorted by weighting your laundry in reception and processing the payment on behalf of the laundry services or by qr code.
