Great location, friendly staff, communal kitchen, clean The noise from the streets is very loud. The road noise, honking and road construction noise started very early

The decoration, the strategic location in the usaquén area in Usaquén area and the most important the treatment and kindness of the hosts, they’re so so empathic and kind

A lovely hostel run by a very nice and friendly couple. Large room & bathroom, very spacious and well-equipped kitchen, awesome terrace. Usaquen is an interesting and very safe area with lots of good places to eat. The center can feel a bit far (although Chapinero is close) - I suggest using the city's ridesharing bicycle app and go along Septima, it's very cheap and so much fun! The hot water comes and goes. :)

Excellent location in a safe high end neighborhood with lots of options for eating etc. Room was a bit small, but very clean and modern and with a comfortable bed. Excellent wifi in a city where it has been overall unreliable in the last year. Owned by a very friendly and helpful couple.

I simply feel like home! This is a tranquil family oriented hostal. Alejandra, the host is awesome, friendly, extremely sensitive to the needs of guests. This is the second time that I stay at Hostal Alé, and definitely, I am looking forward to stay more times! Thank You Alejandra for all of your hospitality!

It was a really comfortable and calm and quiet place near a lot of shopping centers. The place was really clean and quiet and the staff were so kind and helpful! I recommend this hostel if you're looking for a calm and comfortable environment.

Its location was right in the heart of the best part of Usaquén, which is something that came really in handy. Furthermore, the bedroom gear had top notch comfort. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the public shower didn’t have a lock.

The staff is very friendly, the place is very clean and there is a nice terrace with a hammock. The place is small but very cute. My room was located directly on the main road, therefore it was a bit noisy with the cars. But it didn’t prevent me to sleep and I had a very good night.

Mrs Olga was very welcoming and attentive. They sent an Uber to pick me up at the airport which was very nice. It is located on a main street, which is good to find your bearings and catch a bus or taxi easily. The poor hygiene, a band-aid left in the bathroom, the floor was full of dust, and an empty bag of crackers under the bed. The bed was filled with crumbs and a displeasing smell. You can easily hear what everybody else is doing in their rooms. Other guests there were not trying to avoid making anyone else uncomfortable.
