Hotel bh Usaquen

The hotel is a well-maintained and beautiful property that makes a great first impression. The service was highlighted by Alejandro, whose exceptional kindness and helpfulness made him a true bright spot. Additionally, the ability to order fresh omelets and waffles was a saving grace given the buffet's limitations. The stay was severely disrupted by undisclosed 24/7 construction that made sleeping nearly impossible. Management’s response was disappointing, offering only earplugs rather than a room change or compensation. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was poorly managed, frequently running out of food items long before the official closing time.

Location and staff is really nice to yoy Wifi connection is really bad, had to use my phone connection instead. The room facing the mountain has zero to none sound proofing, we hear everything from cars, street noise and people walking in front of the room.

The location. No air conditioning... the room was uncomfortably hot and noisy.

Breakfast was amazing, so delicious, location was great , very quiet.

I didn't have free coffee in the room every day, just the first day. That is simple but disappointed to start the day.

Everything is good as usual Stayed on 5 different occasions. Never had any issue.

Breakfast had enough to choose from, but you have to have it early. They run out of some products like cheese, some fruits and waffles. The breads could be better quality. They didn't seem very fresh.

Breakfast and the location was GREAT! I ENJOYED the various fresh fruits everyday. I was not able to watch the television as EVERY channel was in spanish.

Good location! Breakfast could be improved. Some people from the staff who helped me get a water from the vending machine wasn’t going to give me the change and I had to call him out.. so bad to receive this kind of treatment and dishonesty from the staff. Thin walls and windows aren’t sound-proof. If your room is on the side of the main avenue you’ll hear from very early in the morning noise from the traffic.

We loved swimming pool and breakfast had even meat dish! Staff were amazing and very helpful. Dressing rooms for swimming were broken. Also overall room was quite run down. For 4 stars hotel you would expect to have it more fresh and new. However it was good for us as kids loved swimming pool! We used it only in the morning, in not sure if it’s open in the afternoon. Location- I would choose other areas with kids better. We did not like that area of Bogotá.
