I really enjoyed my stay at Biohotel Organic Suites. The staff was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The reception team was always friendly and helpful, the housekeeping staff kept my room spotless every day, and the breakfast restaurant staff were amazing and made every morning a great experience. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. Honestly, I didn’t have any major issues during my stay. If I had to mention something, it would only be that I wish I could have stayed longer. Everything else exceeded my expectations.

The place is great, very comfortable and clean. Beds are nice and the room and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast is unbeatable, superb. The staff are very polite and cheerful. Given the sustainable design, it’s all one big air recirculating system and rooms don’t have AC. For me, room was too warm.

Lack of maintenance on the facility, missing the details for a great experience. Breakfast to short. Construction next to the property, 530 am start the noise. All the team are grate peoples. They do the most with what they have.

Breakfast was excellent, and expansive. Servers were attentive and pleasant. Location safe and quiet. You just have to uber to almost all attractions. Close to "Zona Rosa" for good nightlife options. No thermostat for individual temperature control in rooms. We had to request a portable heating unit which was small and inadequate.

The room was spacious and well equipped, reflecting our request for a quiet location. Reception staff and the porter were friendly and receptive to all requests. As we know very little Spanish, it was reassuring that staff at the front desk and the restaurant made efforts to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fruit, local dishes, and eggs made to order. The hotel has a nice gym and is located within easy walking distance to Usaquen and its Sunday artisan market. Everything was perfect.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great and practical. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The food is delicious and so many facilities included in the price. There is nothing I did not like but I would recommend for them to clean the water pipes of the small jacuzzi in the room. I would also add some variety to the breakfast options even though what is being offered now is already great but maybe just switch it up every other couple of days.

It was very well lit, clean and the staff was incredible. The room was very big and the hot tub was very nice. The TV was somewhat small, the streaming device didn’t work properly, it didn’t have any streaming services pre loaded and the only one that worked was Netflix but it required someone from the Hotel to come to the room because the device wouldn’t work.

The staff was kind and the location was convenient. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. I didn't figure out how to order an omelette but I didn't ask either. 100% would recommend and stay again.
