The shower area. After shower, water will spill out of the bath tub and resulting a small flood in the toilet.

It was a misunderstanding, and we were woken up twice in the same morning. The first time, we needed to move the car for the crew to clean the parking, and the second time, they thought we needed to check out, but we had booked two nights. It was a nightmare, but the guy at the reception was nice enough to pay us back the parking money. They need to be more careful with the schedule and the reservation.

Fantastic location directly across from train station and the Ubahn (subway system). Staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Room clean and well worth the money. Beds were super uncomfortable. That is the only complaint.

The location was amazing! Just around the corner of the U3 (metro station) and bus station for the airport bus. The staff was super friendly and let us do and early check in as well as storage for our lugage after check out. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Overall it was really clean and comfortable. It just woud’ve been nice having a second pillow. But that’s all! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend for your Vienna visit. .

The headboard of the bed was falling apart. Room was small . Barely got room around the bed to walk. We had to walk sideways. No shutters on the windows so if the noice of the road didn't wake us, the light did. Even with closed curtains.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and it does not disappoint. For people needing to be close to the Westbahnhof train station, the location is unbeatable. But the location is not all that this hotel has to offer. The rooms are clean and bright. I would especially like to say thank you to the housekeeping staff, they did a wonderful job keeping my room clean and caring about the environment at the same time. The heating is excellent, and it can be regulated within the room. I had a nice window which could be opened onto a quiet street. The design of the rooms is beautiful, and in my experience the beds are very comfy. The selection of TV channels is satisfactory, perhaps a few more channels for kids would be nice (adults like cartoons too! :-)). The Wi-Fi was good and stable throughout my stay. Last but not least, the staff are very nice and helpful. I will be coming back for sure! /

Good location close to the train station and shopping. Breakfast buffet was good value and nice variety. Coffee machine in lobby was out of service and then made terrible coffee. Also no take away cups.

Breakfast - it's one of the best things we got in hotel. Room with windows to courtyard, it's quiet there. A lovely courtyard where you can have a coffee if the weather is fine, Hotel reception staff have been helping with every our question. Location is nearly perfect if you are going to visit a lot af sights. Everyday cleaning. Room with windows to the street, it's quite noisy even is the night.
