The staff were kind and helpful, the facilities were excellent, beds were comfy, and the room itself had easily enough space for our 5 days worth of luggage. The hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from the WBF so the city was easily accessible, additionally there were plenty of restaurants/cafes within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Honestly at this price point, everything exceeded my expectations.

The location, staff and a really comfortable room and bathroom. There was nothing wrong with it. The location was perfect for getting to restaurants, parks and other places in Vienna.

This hotel is very well located for train travellers using Westbahnhof station in Vienna. It is just a few minutes walk to the platforms. The room was clean and comfortable, even though the decor was a little dated. We had a Privilege room and breakfast was included in the rate. The breakfast buffet provided a huge range of food. The staff member at check-in was welcoming and helpful. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money, with the main feature being its location next to the mainline and underground train stations. The decor needs a refresh.

Room was great and had a decent view. Location was right next to the subway station which made it easy to get to any point in the city. Room was tidy'd up for us each time we came back for the night. There's nothing bad I can think of; it was exactly what I paid for.

Comfort, good beds, clean and baths showers etc The lack of Air conditioning and the fact by having seats outside very near the room means drunk guests can keep you up which happened one night.
