Very nice staff, welcoming and helpful at all times. Great bed that felt like a cloud. Very good breakfast. Nice showers in the room if traveling alone , otherwise can be awkward to have a glass shower in the middle of the room and next to the bed with no curtain for privacy. No close access for smokers but a nice area with tables chairs and ashtrays in the street by the hotel entrance.

The location was very convenient, as it was only 6-7 minutes from the metro and a multitude of trams that could take you practically anywhere. The room was spacious, very clean and the shower was interestingly amazing. (Ps. I did not have breakfast) Everything was just fine there wasnt something negative, but only a minor change i would make is that iit would be preferable for the room to have a mini fridge (though it is stated that the fridge does not exists and the reception can keep something for you). But I believe that a fridge is always pleasant to have especially in the summer.

The staff was super nice. They even upgraded my room for free at the the time of check in, which was super nice.

The hotel is a good 30-minute walk to the city center but there's a metro line that can take you directly there. You can also use the tram to take you straight to the Central Train Station. There was no fridge in the rooms which made it quite hard if you wanted to buy things that spoil.

The room was nice and big The glass shower in the middle of the room was a bit strange but we knew about it, the location was mostly the issue. We didn't know what to expect but it was definitely sketchy and uncomfortable.
