No fan or ventilation system inside the room during summer weather made a uncomfortable to sleep good tje entire night. Staff is helpful but I don’t think they enjoy talking to guests in english that much.

Felt outdated

I liked that the check-in and check-out procedure was fast. the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. toilet was clean. I didn't like that shower didn't have shower holder and you had to hold the shower head yourself. and the room was very little for three people.

It was a clean, decent hostel

Affordable place to stay nearby Westbanhof station. convenient to move around using metro, tram, airport bus and intercity train. Nothing in particular. Stairs to climb up especially if staying on 3rd floor.
-
The rooms were very noisy. You can even hear exactly what they are speaking in other rooms and corridor.
-
Big kitchen and friendly staffs. You pay what you got. Some check in late or make noise ...
-
There are no elevators to get up to 3rd floor. Wifi was good and a small table fan was provided for 3 people. No 24 hour reception desk is available. The location was close to train station.

The Hotel is very close to the Westbahnhof, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. It is a very nice area to stay. The check-in and -out process was also very quick and I didn't have any problems in that regard. I stayed in a room with windows to the street and it was very noisy, the whole night. Even with the windows closed, I could still perfectly hear cars passing by. Walls are also very thin and I could hear people moving in the corridor. So I don't recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper.

The room and the whole hotel were perfectly clean. The window blinds are completely dark. The location is convenient as the subway is within a few minutes walking distance. The sign "use at your own risk" on the shower cabin looked intimidating. The street outside is noisy all day and night, and the window does not suppress the noise.

i liked the comune areas and how easy check in and check out was it wasn’t clean enough and the spaces between beds were too narrow

Great location next to Westbahnhof station and a Lidl supermarket. Quick check-in. The private room for 3 people was very clean and comfortable.

Bathroom was great, beds were very comfortable, great value for the price. only small thing I have is the old decor

Comfortable space to walk around. And the awesome kitchen ! Even with group you don't feel cream. You pay what you get. Better to stay at single room !
-
The beds didn't have curtains so there wasn't much privacy. I also had some trouble with my card late at night, however the staff were very helpful to solve the issue.

The room was nice and comfortable. They are near some of the tourist attractions like the Schonbrunn Palace. They are very near the Westbahnhof and airport bus stop. They are also very near the Lidl supermarket, which is an added convenience. Nothing

Great location next to the station which made traveling and visiting Vienna very easy. The staff was always willing to help and accommodate all requests. Clean room and comfy beds.

The room a big tiny but comfortable to stay . I really like style of building and location near to westbahnhof train station.

Location is far from the center but right beside the Westbahnhoff so public transportation was nearby. Cleanliness was mediocre. Not dirty but not exceptionally clean either (a water bottle and some wadded paper from a previous guest remained under my bunk the entire time). The common kitchen was large and meals could be prepared easily. Linens and mattresses provided appeared quite clean. It was reasonable value for the price. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with plates, silverware, cups, etc. There were two electric stoves which provided 8 burners total. However, one stove didn't function at all (take away 4 possible burners) and the other stove only had 2 burners working. So, of 8 possible cooking surfaces, only 2 actually worked. That meant waiting in line sometimes to make soup or a meal. Also, not all of the pots and pans provided actually worked on the electric burners, which further delayed cooking a meal. Sometimes it seemed that people off the street were in the kitchen and were not staying at the hostel. The reception desk is situated such that one could pass through without being seen and there's a door from the kitchen that accessed the street that wasn't always locked. Several times it seemed that people were in the kitchen and using the facilities (thus causing delays for guests to use the facilities) who were not guests. Their clothing and behavior gave them away.
