Would have appreciated of there are slippers in the room. No balcony, no view.

Location is really the biggest, but the only advantage. It is not my first stay in this hotel network, but unfortunately for the last 15 years they became too expensive, but the rooms and service left on the previuos level (when they were priced as a "motel").

Motel One and it's bars are always comfortable and dependable. Westbahnhof is an amazing location. Rooms are clean with enough storage for short stays. Reception crew is exceptional. Beds and pillows are unfortunately not the most comfortable. Beddings are not that high quality cotton.

seems rather crowded & busy at breakfast time, so we just went 20 meters from the entrance - up to Westbahnhof's food corner. still no direct train from Westbahnhof to the airport, so one has to change trains at lest once (Landstrasse or Meidling)

Great location, great services, good price, never disappointed to choose motel one! The air conditioner wasn't really working on a hot night.
