The staff were very friendly and accommodating and very willing to place our water and snacks in the communal fridge.. Mr. Redouan, the manager was very welcoming to us and our teen son. He made sure we had plates, utensils, etc. The garden was amazing and a wonderful place to relax from the heat. The lobby was very beautifully decorated. Great location in an ethnic neighborhood full of amazing food. Transportation hub was great with access to teams, buses and subway and just minutes to the central area. Please consider adding mini fridges in the rooms, and easy addition that isnt too cost prohibitive. Also, add a screen to the windows in the kids room as there are pigeons outside the windows that are quite loud and were worried they would enter the room.

Kind staff. Nice breakfast. No fridge. No A/C. Fan didn’t work. Everything had weird positioning. Shower booth was definitely inconvenient. They say they care about the environment, but I felt that they were just saving budget. You have to take a taxi or tram to go to the hot spots for tourists. (The trams was too hot. At 35 celcius, they didn’t turn on the A/C. I don’t even know they had one.)

Staff was very helpful and good to work with. Room was very comfortable and roomy. Had a nice view over the eating area below which had a lot of plant life - was very pretty. I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator. Room was a bit warm, was starting to get pretty warm in Vienna, even in late May. Location was not as close to most restaurants and stores we were hoping to find. Most of our vacation in Austria we ended up in walking distance of most places we wanted to go.

Communication was awesome! We were able to book an extra day and a late check in easily with the delightful Julia at the front desk. She was absolutely delightful and so helpful. The facility is AMAZING! Such a cool vibe and really unique and attractive decorations throughout both the hotel and the room. Great location! Close to U-Bahn stations, grocery right across street, excellent pubs nearby, everything you need is right there. No AC, but there was a stellar fan available and the windows open so we slept comfortably. The furniture in the room is legit super cool and lots of hooks for hanging up clothes if you are needing to do some laundry. Parking is pricey and a bit tricky- it helps if you have a passenger who can hop out of the car and get the key card from the Front Desk to open the garage door. Then you park and have to walk up a fairly steep incline to get out- there is a string you pull if you are in your car or a green button you push if you are on foot to open the gate. After you get a room key, it will open the door to the garage. You do have in and out privileges so you do not have to stay parked in the garage. The only real issue would be if you were disabled or have difficulty pulling your luggage up a hill to get out of the garage. Once you figure it all out, it isn't a big deal and the front desk was super helpful about explaining it. There are plenty of images/directions if you look around- it's not hard to figure out. We opted out of breakfast because of the price, but it looked like it was a really good breakfast.

I loved already the entrance with the flower wall, which was followed by a very friendly greeting (staff) and a fast check-in. The room was clean and I really liked the arrangement of the furniture. Usually I don't like shower direct in the room, but here even this worked well and there was no extra humidity in the room because of it. All check-marks ticked. The location of the hotel is 5min walk to the metro and less to the next tram station. it's well connected to the city. In the vicinity 5-10min away are restaurants and street food. Internet in the room worked very well (no issues). I would definitely stay here again. As a cherry on top, I really liked the decoration in the hotel - if you take the stairs instead of the lift. Nothing - all was well. Well, if I have to write something, the pigeons on the window. But I didn't mind.

Уживавме во престојот. Многу пријатна соба. Многу пријатен амбиент. Совршено би се вклопил мини фрижидер. Има место под масата. ?

The location of the toilet inside the room, with its matte glass door, was a little unusual.

Good people and good location The room is not comfortable

Staff very helpful and nice. Hotel design is really special and beautiful. Makes the place much more than a “regular” hotel. It would be notice if the toilet and shower had more privacy.

Spotless clean, very cozy atmosphere, delicious and varied organic breakfast. Staff very attentive and polite. Location is good, 2 min from the tram station and 3 metro stations at 5-10 min walk The bathroom isn’t quite a bathroom as it doesn’t have walls but curtains, if you are alone in the room or in couple it’s ok, otherwise it lacks privacy

The Hotel is very nice, walking distance to Stadthalle, the breakfast was also really nice. We could park our car in a covered garage which was great.
