The Prime London Hotel

Perfect location, beautiful room.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Earls court tube station, lots of coffee shops and eating places on the high street. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were amazing and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Can’t rate this hotel enough, great value for money 5 ⭐️ ? I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about this hotel

Location and staff are good. No a/c and too small rooms. Very uncomfortable and no place to move around. Very disappointing.

Convenient location for public transport, room was spotlessly clean with everything for a comfortable stay including a mini fridge. Receptionist Samia was friendly, cheerful and engaging - due to the ongoing heatwave she also offered additional fans if required. N/A

Unable to open window, AC not working, the shower was hard to get in for a handicap person

I stayed at the hotel for 15 days. Unfortunately, Due to a medical condition I was pretty much bedridden for the whole stay. The staff were extremely nice and I hope I can go back next year. 10 out of 10. Also, very near to everything in London & Underground. Worth every penny!!! Nothing, all good

The listing mentioned a microwave and there was no microwave! That is not acceptable!! They offered to bring one but the room was so tiny - shoebox size. There was no place to put the microwave. The room did not have a day time sheer - It was either be exposed or blackout curtains! The blackout curtains did not close all the way leaking light and waking us up. There were not enough electrical outlets. The ones next to the bed (nightstand) were either blocked off or not working. Both the pillows were on the soft side - it would be better if they gave a firm pillow and a soft one. There was no place to put used towels. I didn't want to mix with my friend's towel and there was no easy way to do it.

Conveniently located close to Earl’s court station less than a 5 minute walk in safe neighborhood We were on the upper floor and the room was uncomfortably hot. No air conditioner, and the windows could only be opened an inch at most. Our first day there we returned back to our room at 6 PM to quickly shower and get ready for an evening out and our room hadn’t been made up, which wasn’t a big deal about all of our wet towels from the previous night. We’re still sitting in our bathtub.. reception did bring us fresh towels though, and we’re very apologetic that the cleaning staff didn’t clean our room. Also, in the right up they talked about 24 hour reception. That’s not the case our plane was delayed and we got to the hotel by 10:30 and no reception was there. They just had our key in a lockbox for us..

Location is great, staff are very kind and responsible. Room has more space than I thought

The room was small but comfortable (I was only 1 person) so it was perfect. Location was quiet and safe and near the metro,. I did not have the breakfast. Honestly I liked everything, I had no complaints.

The accessibility and staff were superb. The water at times struggled to get and stay extremely hot. It was still warm enough though.
