Everything was very good, staff help (Mohammed was 100% professional and the ladies who do the cleaning were also so helpful and kind) and the room was lovely and the amenities and services provided were very good. Loved the little coffee area and croissants and water bottles etc. There was nothing that I did not like

The location is really good. Also the room size is enough not too small like the others. The hotel room needs some small changes. For example in the bathroom there is nothing to hang out clothes. Also the bathroom door is made of glass its a bit hard to use it at night all lights is in the room also.

Lovely staff, right next to the station and in a great location. The drains in the bathroom smelt a lot and there was a buzzing noise that continuously went on all night every night.

Location was exceptional- cute sunday market and shops, convenient to tube there were stains and a hand print in the wall in the room we stayed in, there were no insect screens on the windows (which did open) and even with the windows closed, you can hear the noise from the trains all night long so bring earplugs

The location was ok I had informed the hotel that I would arrive the first night at 3am and asked to check in at that time. They did not accommodate us although we had paid for the room, claiming they thought we asked to check in the day before at 3pm. They did not refund the money for that night

The proximity to the underground means you hear the rumble of the District Kibe which added to the charm and I found soothing.

Small rooms with little natural light

The location was amazing! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were a bit small but great value and all you need for exploring the city.

Loved the espresso machine and croissants, it was an unexpected surprise. Place was clean, location was close to tube and felt safe staying there. All the staff were wonderful. Some floorboards in room were loose. Toilet was leaking and shower door didn’t properly close.

the location of the hotel is perfect , lots of areas to eat and drink also very good access to the underground The hotel décor was dated and in bad repair , damp issues in the room and poor finishing in the bathroom, furniture in the room also could have been cleaner.

Room a little small but fine for one person and the price

Awesome location, very short walk from the tube station, friendly stuff. Room is on the smaller side but has everything I need, and it’s very clean!

The very small room, bathroom & the mattress

The place is very nice, very close to the train station! Good restaurants around. The people at the reception were so nice all the time. That was nothing that I didn’t like.

Location surrounded by good restaurants. There is no table in the room.
