The combination of low price and location near to the Natural History Museum was ideal for me.

- location was perfect - staff was lovely and really helpful - clean place - bed can be more comfortable, but that’s still okay

It was clean and very close to a train station, which made it very easy to get to all the spots we wanted to visit. We were there during hot days in London and there were sadly no A/Cs. Also there was no small refrigerator in the room. So we couldn’t really stock on anything hydrating in the room.

I really like the location of the hotel because it’s very accessible. The staff were accommodating. I would really rate the hotel as exceptional but I was a little disappointed because I was expecting and paid a single room with AC but there was no AC in the room (only fan).

Room was comfortable. It was a very hot day. The room did not have Air Conditioning. But they had a table fan, and the windows could be widely opened. So, it could be managed. Bed was very comfortable. Enough facilities were available to keep cloths etc. There was no table and a chair in the room (which was not a need for me for this particular visit). Location was in 2 mins walking distance from Earls Court underground station. There were plenty of food and other shops in the area. The size of the bathroom was very small. Luckily I was only overweight and not obese. There was a leak of water from the rear end of the telephone shower (it is a waste of water).

Location was great, comfortable, clean. The basement needs a openable window

Location We were on the third level with no air conditioning or fan. The room was at least 40° inside and made us both feel so unwell and had to leave and book in elsewhere.

Nothing !! Too hot… too dated … too small… too loud (train lines)

The hotel is very handy if you want to stay local for the tube and everything else. The hotel reception staff were friendly. Reasonable price for a 3 night stay. There's no lift to any of the floors so no good if you have a disability. The bed is so firm it's hard to sleep on and gives you a bad back but if you like a firm mattress then it's ok. The room is tiny not enough room to move around.

New and clean. Close to Earls court tube station and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free luggage storage at their partner hotel close by. Bathroom a bit small around shower.
-
Bed was extremely solid and uncomfortable. Shower was in need for new silicone or grout as it was quite yuck at the bottom. Thin walls so neighbours can be heard but isn't too bad.

Loved how close to the train station and the lovely team on reception. They were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we go to London again. Location makes it worth the solid bed Bed was extremely solid and uncomfortable. Shower was in need for new silicone or grout as it was quite yuck at the bottom. Thin walls so neighbours can be heard but isn't too bad.

Exceptional

Very near train station with load of surrounding restaurants. Clean rooms. It can get noisy due to the underground trains. No 24 hour reception. Need bigger fans especially for summer.

The location was great as it is very close to the train station. Another plus is that the price is lower compared to nearby hotels. The front desk staff was also extremely friendly. While the interior design is not luxurious and the facilities are somewhat simple, it offers more than enough value for the price.
