The bathroom dont have countertop to put our toiletries. We have to use the folding luggage rack with a bath towel on top of it as our table for our toiletries and position it outside the bathroom door. It was very inconvenient everytime we shower since all our toiletries are outside the bathroom. The A/C temperature was preset and not enough to cool the room. Stand fan was available but not working that time but it was replaced with a smaller oscillating fan. The shampoo was empty the first night and then the body wash became empty the second night. Housekeeping might have forgot to check and replenish both. There was no refrigerator in the room and im not sure if I missed looking at the amenities before I booked.

Great Location, mostly friendly staff and comfortable beds I asked for our trashes and towels to be changed daily and they didn't do that. We had to ask again every day. One guy mean mugged during breakfast everyday he worked

Location is great! Very nice shower. Comfortable bed. Quiet street. Easy and quick check-in. Free WiFi. Walls a bit thin, but maybe just loud neighbours in the next room.

The first night we got a room in the basement that smelled overwhelmingly like mold and was really dirty. We started coughing alot and asked to change rooms. They did not have any else available that night, so we got a new room the day after. The new room was fine, but at least didn't smell like mold. But will note that the staff was really helpful and sorry about our experience and were really nice about it.

This property was centrally located, clean, had comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. I would recommend it and stay again. They also had central AC which was a must for us. Only thing missing was a fridge in the room. Other than that, everything was great!

The staff was kind and very willing to assist. The a/c in our room was effective. Hotel's facilities are really basic, the wall are super thin and it feels like you're sleeping in the hallway. There's a constant engine noise - not related to a/c that made it extremely difficult to sleep.

Toilet didn’t flush all the way and water would. It drain from shower so there was water all over the bathroom floor they said they put a work order in but no one ever fixed it so we had to rush our showers and clean up water on the ground

Nothing much really to say bad. The only biggest thing was trying to confirm my room booking ....there was never an answer on phone. The room and shower are small but was expected and fine for sleeping over. Not much room for luggage though.
