    Location Room too small

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Unfortunately, the housekeeping was very disappointing. We stayed for 8 nights, and the room was not cleaned properly throughout our stay. On one day, the room wasn’t cleaned at all. On another day, the only thing that was done was making the bed. The floor was never vacuumed, and when the hand soap ran out, it was never replaced despite daily housekeeping. For the price we paid and the length of our stay, we expected a much better standard of cleanliness. If the housekeeping service were improved, this hotel would be a much better choice because the location is truly excellent.

Great location. Key did not work, therefore staff had to open door for us each time. They would not let us move room and not bothered about situation. Rooms small and air-con not working well (staff did not fix for us). Shower door didn’t work and safe did not work. Staff were not bothered about the above. A lot of money to not get treated well.

Great location. Very close to paddington train station and easy to walk to Hyde park and Oxford street and the Elisabeth line or underground. The room is clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Staff were helpful overall especially to help carry heavy bags to the room. The room was clean but the bathroom had overpowering smell of bleach and for a small room it was hard to be in there long. It’s good they use bleach and it was clean but it was very strong and no ventilation. London was very hot and despite aircon it wasn’t working very well and you couldn’t change the temperature settings so didn’t sleep very well as it was too hot. The hotel is nice enough and good for a brief stay, it would have been better if the staff had more of a welcoming, attentive and hospitable manner which other hotels have.

We stayed in a “superior room”, which I highly recommend for two people because of the extra space. There is filtered water available at all times. Tip: I highly recommend having dinner at Bizzarro, a great Italian restaurant just a few blocks from the hotel.

The location, very strategic. It was clean and compact. Surprisingly quiet. Get good sleep here. The single room is very tiny but it’s actually ok for solo traveller. It got everything you need. Many detail is worn down, many details needed update. The refrigerator is not cold at all, it is even colder in room temperature. No space at lobby. The male staffs are nice and very helpful but one lady is a bit grumpy. The most important thing to share is that even though it was being mentioned there is an elevator but only available on only one side of the building and only go up to 2nd floor. First 3 nights I got a room on 3rd floor on another side of the building so I have to climb the stairs, thank god the staff help me take up the big luggage. The rest of the nights I got to stay in the room on 4th floor and I am solo traveller traveling from abroad with big luggage. I also have to carry them down the stairs to lobby between the 2 bookings. The price is high comparing to the facility and service provided.

I was disappointed that I was not able to watch regular TV and had to settle for a streaming service. Not that I came to London to watch TV, but I am a news "junkie."

It was clean, relatively modern too. The communal landings / stairs could do with a freshen up but generally nice! I was initially put on top floor on a small room with pigeons nesting right on the other side of the wall to my bed’s headboard and it was awfully noisy. Fortunately I requested to move room and the member of staff was very accommodating of my request and upgraded my room

London had been a dream destination for us, and the Voyage Hotel turned that dream into something even better than we imagined. From the moment we discovered it on Booking.com, the photos told us this place was special — and it delivered on every promise. This was our first time in London, and choosing the right hotel felt crucial. The Voyage was that choice and then some. The location alone is worth raving about — we could walk nearly everywhere, which is exactly what you want when you’re experiencing a world-class city for the first time. No scrambling for the Tube every time we wanted to explore; just step outside and the city was ours. But what truly elevated our stay was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, genuinely friendly, and accommodating in a way that felt effortless rather than performative. They made us feel less like guests and more like welcome visitors to their home. And the bed — we have to talk about the bed. After long days of walking and exploring, we came back each night to one of the most comfortable sleeps of the entire trip. That matters more than people realize when you’re traveling. The Voyage Hotel didn’t just meet our expectations for a first London stay — it set the bar. We came as first-timers to this incredible city and left feeling like we’d found our home base for every return visit. Highly, highly recommend. This was such a great experience there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Everything was perfect bed was comfy. Storage was adequate for the side of the room. Mood lighting was a nice touch The bathroom/shower room Was very tight and having an opening door made it very awkward to move around the room, but our second stay remedied this with the room having a sliding door on the bathroom area.

The location is so closely to Penddington station and to Hyde park The room was so tiny that let you struggle with luggage’s and feel so compacted I terms of space. Sometimes, the receptionist weren’t attended at all the time. Some of the rooms weren’t serviced by the elevator that requires you to use narrow stairs.

  • Engine customer May 2026

Literally the perfect location I cannot stress that enough there was so much to do and all in walking distance It was very small for 2 people but it wasn’t impossible to share a room

  • Engine customer May 2026

Staff Everything except the staff and location; expensive, uncomfortable, elevator just until the second floor, dirty. Definitely avoidable.

The location of the hotel was great, since Norfolk Square is a nice place to walk around or just sit and have a snack. The hotel was new and very clean, with a nice bathroom, the staff very helpful, communication throughout was easy, TV has access to many channels/movies, etc. Overall a very nice experience. The room had limited space, but the bathroom was very comfortable and quite spacey, so that was very nice and more than made up for the limited space in the room.

    Did not have it.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

It is very convenient with a train station and lots of food Don’t has WiFi for most of our stay because it was down bed is uncomfortable

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

Location is amazing, near Paddington Station and bus stops

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

It’s pretty expensive for the size of the room. It’s fine if you’re traveling by yourself but for two people it’s very tight and uncomfortable
