The location is the highlight, and the staff is usually very polite and helpful. The bathroom. Too small and not in the best condition.

Not much. Room was too small. Stairs were unsafe. Kept tripping on stairs and uneven floors. Fan was broken and had to navigate all those stairs to get another. No phone in room to call front desk in case of a problem. Bed was uncomfortable as it was not level to the floor.

I like the hotel is clean and all staff in this hotel are so welcoming.

I've stayed here many times. The location is fantastic—a stones throw from Paddington Station and access to the tube network. Lots of places to eat and get coffee nearby. Strolls in Hyde Park just a few minutes away.

Great location for Paddington Station or tube. Hyde park very close by too. Lots of eateries and bars. Short walk to the canal to more eateries and bars. Nice polite staff and helpful. Free tea and coffee in reception if you want a cuppa. Our room was ready too, so that was a bonus. WiFi was in and out. Tv in the room very dated and could only get 2 channels to work. So a little bit annoying, but not the end of the world, I’m being very picky

It was fine. The staff were nice and it was in a great location. Room was clean The single room was in a very dark corner in a basement floor, with very little natural light. The room was very small and you couldn't really chill at all there. No room for a chair even. But it was a very good rate so you can't have it every way

It was so convenient!! not even a 5 minute walk from paddington station, but it felt far enough away, that is wasn’t loud or anything. The beds were so comfy and the room was clean and tidy The fan was a great edition which we weren’t sure if there was one at the time of booking, but it did us wonders in the heat. The staff were so friendly and helpful, honestly couldn’t have done more for us. Definitely recommend and will be returning!! n/a
