Great location, clean room and ensuite within room Bathroom sink was blocked, toilet multiple times would not flush. When choosing this accommodation, on the website it says breakfast is included in the cost but is not served anymore due to Covid
-
Accessible location Bad presentation of the facilities, the photos promise a lot and in person it is very bad, quite the opposite of the photos, a receptionist is rude, his photos are a scam, they deceive you, the bathroom was broken and it was difficult to use because of the space, both the room and the shower

The pictures are misleading. The room is unclean and much more delapidated than the pictures show, the divan was frayed and dirty, the room and the bathroom were very small, the wifi was poor. There was staff storage in the room.

How close it was to a tourist destination. Some parts of the room was warped and felt like you was on a slant floor

Location Location

Great location, few mins from Paddington transport Comfortable bed, and clean room Small details/issues such as only one drinks mug (2 of us were staying) and the bedside lamps not working Staff were not very welcoming/friendly

The hotel is in a great location, close to Paddington Station and shops and restaurants. The beds were comfy and the price was very reasonable. The decor was very tired and dated. The curtains in our room were hanging off, the toilet seat was loose and furniture was cheap and wonky.

Bed. Balcony that I had to move rooms because of multiple problems.
