Tudor Court Hotel

You get your money's worth in terms of location and comfort in the room and on top, all the members of the staff were very kind and helpful during my stay. The bathrooms are really small in the rooms with private bathroom option.

The staff was really, really friendly. I didn't meet that friendly staff very often I believe it's based upon luck whether you get a comfortable room or - like us - the room in the very basement. The photo did not match the provided photos at all. However, the worst was that the subway was likely nearly next to the room. You could hear the subway very loud and even feel the vibrations clearly every few minutes. Also the room was very hot but air conditioning would have to be paid extra. First time ever we checked out earlier and changed to a different hotel. Felt a bit like scam after seeing the photos on booking.com

Staff were so amazing, so incredibly friendly and helpful and they really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! For a family of 5 the room was amazing. Location was perfect, right by Paddington station.

Excellent location for a short stop over en-route to Europe. Friendly and helpful staff We chose a compact room because we were only staying 2 nights and we were out all day. If staying longer I would choose a larger room. Note that if visiting in summer Air conditioning is an extra cost.

Location Awful smell from bathrooms and plumbing

Excellent location near Paddington. Value was great. We had a room for three, and just managed, the shower was laughably tight, but I'm 6'3".

Great staff. I've arrived late yet I was kindly assisted. Both might and morning personnel were very kind and helpful. Great location. Close to so many restaurants, bars, transportation options etc. Very good value for money.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good location from Paddington station. My sister in law had a bad nights sleep and they moved her to a different room with no issues or extra charge. This made her day and she slept well the following night! No lift unfortunately, which isn’t their fault as they aren’t allowed to have one.

-location was too good. Underground nearby, fast food kfc, mcdonalds, subway just a min. Walk away.Even money exchangers too - The staff was very friendly and helpful. - The room had an air con which was a plus. - Iron with the stand is provided if required - The staff helped us with heavy luggage. -They have an extra storage room where you can keep your luggage temporarily after checking out from the hotel if your flight/ train is later. -Good value for money. The toilet was very small The sink in the toilet was clogged The room was less bright.

The location was perfect for Paddington Train station and tube, literally 2 mins away if that. Sandeep who was on reception was very friendly and helpful and carried my suitcase up to my room on the third floor and brought it down again the following morning.

Location for Paddington Station, Hop on, Hop off busses and city busses is excellent. Also great for food and shopping. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. We got into town quite early and the hotel offered to store our luggage and/or early check in (for a few pounds). Bathroom/shower were very small, so something to consider for larger travelers.

The location was perfect Smallest room I have ever stayed in and had to pay extra for AC despite there being a heat wave in the UK.
