On a quiet street minutes from Paddington station, this is a great location for someone with a day layover between flights. Friendly staff, great AC, shower, and wifi. I was in a cozy double. The room worked well for one person but would be tight for two with suitcases. No room there for microwave or fridge but there are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk.

The staff: at the reception and in the breakfast room. The room was a bit hot but with the window open it was fine.

Close to paddington station. Rooms have modern furnishings, bathroom was clean and had a rainfall shower. Air conditioning was extremely effective. Rooms are a bit small but not an issue for me. Staff on check in did not let me know that you have a hub area where water can be refilled. I ended up buying bottles of water. Would be nice if you can share more info on check in. Bedsheets and pillow cases have stain marks, even though they are clean it looks bad.

We found the location to be excellent for our needs to travel to visit family in London as well as getting to Heathrow from Paddington Station. The Staff were very kind and professional, and they helped us store our luggage upon arrival and departure before the room was ready. The room was small but efficient and the bathroom was very clean and with new bath towels. We would stay at this BW again and recommend to family and friends.

Safe, comfortable, and affordable with a great staff on a easy location. These rooms are small but perfect as a jumping off point for exploring London. The room has a great blackout curtain, but room control panels (with all light switches etc) glow brightly which is unpleasant after lights out. It’s like having night lights all around the room.

It was very convenient for my travel needs. This was the 3rd or 4th time I’ve stayed in the Best Western Plus Delmere Hotel. For a night or two it is a great place to stay. A lot of the hotels around the area don’t have a lift so it’s a bonus not having to lug suitcases up and down stairs The single room was tiny. No place to open the suitcase and move around
