Excellent location, excellent value, complimentary tea and coffee 0-24, they secured our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The bed was very comfy. Lack of AC. There was a fan in the room, but the room was so hot that we basically had to leave the window open when we were in. The rooms are close to each other and the windows were overlooking the open hallway so people were strolling in front of our window. One time, the cleaning crew also left our window open which we had intentionally closed before leaving to avoid someone sneaking in. No property was stolen, but felt uncomfortable upon return. I understand their intent though, our room could get really hot throughout the day.

Location fabulous , staff attentive and polite, very clean , good continental breakfast ( cooked breakfast would make this the best hotel in the area) . Only 2 minor let downs, tea and coffee in rooms and option for cooked breakfast. Would i return , yes i would. Thanks for accomodating our family . I liked everything , just i would have liked a fry up and a brew in my room. Luckily i realised before arriving and brought a travel kettle.

Close to Paddington station and all shops /restaurants etc etc. Walking distance to all. Lovely area. Floors a bit creaky but minor

Very unprofessional - 1 hour before check-in I called the To check my reservation - turned out they cancelled it and caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had a wedding to get to on the same day. Poor customer service and very unprofessional - will not be booking this again as it’s highly unreliable.

Unfortunately when I arrived at the hotel I was told my reservation was not on the system and Booking.com’s website had been hacked and not to give them my card details. I then had to try and find a new hotel in the area at a big cost to myself. I have contacted booking.com and had no response. No booking for a start

Close to train station. Easy and quick check in. Lovely staff. Rooms were perfect for a simple short stay we planned for a concert. Amazing value for money. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean, bedding changed daily and the the staff were very helpful and friendly The rooms were hot, although it was 33oc outside!
