Friendly staff and helpful The mattress is very comfortable good sleeping Just small yah tiny space for showing cause water splashing on floor. Change the water curtain to be longer to cover floor would be nicer

Property rent is good but taxes are too much. I request for next time less taxes should be imposed on rental. I don't think so All things were good

Room was a bit dusty and the smell of air freshener was too much for the nose and body! No window . Terrible lighting.

Nice architecture, Historic building. Kind but snarky staff. Room had no window and was right above a karaoke bar that stayed open the entire night. 4 o clock in the morning loud, bad singing.

This is a small, quaint hotel that is not new and modern. However, everything was clean and worked, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and I wanted to extend for another night, but the hotel was already full. Good value, close to bus station, stores, and restaurants. I had a room at the front of the hotel so it didn’t get quiet at night until around 11 when the traffic significantly died down.

You have a lot of street market and food close to the hotel. The 1st Avenue is just opposite to the hotel. Very small room,the towels were dirty. We slept really bad and you can here all the traffic from your room,also during the night.

The location was very strategic (located beside big mall of 1st avenue). Very nice room to stay, comfortable bed . Got sofa to rest & watch tv . Nice staffs . Surely will repeat to stay here in future. Nothing.

The temperature in the mezzanine bedroom can be unstable—it tends to be a bit hot or cold because the air conditioner is positioned on the opposite side of the bed.

Good location In expensive Helpful staff The A/C in one of 2 rooms was not working There were bugs (a cockroach and a bumble bee) in the bathroom of one of 2 rooms

What I like the most was the location of this hotel. very close to the Jetty, Komtar Bus Terminal and there are mall that just located across the hotel. The room is so clean and very quiet.
