1) Management is slow. 2) Employees are not customer friendly 3) Bathroom is clogged and not clean, no mineral water. 4) Room is not clean and smells like torn towels

Compare to last visit (since last year aug 2024) before this hotel management changed, performance totally dropped. This is really not worth it with $ and please reconsider if really want to book this hotel unless improvement has been made. - Shocked get to knew my room booking still not yet paid ( I need to verify again this and proceed to pay again this time). - No bottle Mineral Water given. Ask to use the water filter from lobby. - No tissue given. Need to special request from receptionist - No shower & shampoo given - Pipe and sink water no flow properly and very slow and clogged - Water heater not function properly - No more free parking provided. RM2/hour and after 5 hours for RM8 max due to surrender to 3rd party

The hotel is strategic. They gpt good view from the roof top. The room was horrible. Painting on the wall is peeling off. The aircond was not cooling enough. Had trouble to sleep. Bedsheets and pillow cases has not been changed for a long time. Our body became itchy. Horrible place and would never go there again.

The location is easy to find, especially if you’re taking a bus. The location is easy to find, especially if you’re taking a bus. While you’ll need to carry your luggage to the first floor, there is a lift that provides access to the rooms. Early check-in is not allowed, but guests can wait in the lobby. The reception staff are not particularly accommodating and seem to be present mainly for check-in and check-out. The building is old, and the air conditioning in my room took a while to cool the space. The bed was uncomfortable, and I had concerns about cleanliness as I developed rashes the following day. The room had only a small window, and no slippers were provided in the bathroom.

Spacious room Not very clean. Floor was initially sticky. Leaky aircond. Advertised as parking included in booking price but turns out have to pay separately.

Staff & location. Thats it. Very helpful and friendly staff, and within walking distance everywhere Could be cleaner and the noise from nghtclub kept me up til sunrise. Fridge isnt cold at all

Overall only the bed was comfortable. During check in the receptionist was no patient to customer. When enter the room,the wall found long cracked line and the towels was torn. The pillow case and cushion case also got very bad smell and seems like the housekeeping does not change it.
