Just kinda noisy due to the main road traffic , how ever I got special request due booking for a quiet room, but yet still arrange the room with facing the main road

Good location and friendly staffs. They have set up a refreshment section at the lobby with cold water and popcorn and wet towel for customers to use. Beautiful lobby and swimming pool. The room need renovation, ageing furniture and old bathroom. The bed was not firm enough.

The cafe waitress ( indonesian lady) was very attentive & kind. The gym needs improving in terms of gym size and equipment. The gym needs to look and feel like a gym. Currently it feels like just a room with weights and treadmills.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. The room is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The shower hot water supply is delayed, requiring approximately five minutes before hot water becomes available. During this period, only cold water runs. Additionally, the air conditioning is not operating satisfactorily. Although I reported the issue and the filter was replaced, the improvement has been limited, and the unit is still not cooling effectively.

If you are a light sleeper like me, avoid. Hotel is facing a main road with engine noises of motorcycles racing through almost all night, plus a nearby place (I think a mosque?) has loud chanting in weird hours (like 5am) I couldn’t place where that chanting came from but it sounds religious (no offense whatsoever intended) it was loud enough to wake me up at 5am everyday. The hotel telephone line clearly needs repairing. Staff had trouble hearing me clearly and said it’s due to the phone line when I tried to order room service and eventually I gave up and ordered on Grab.

the room was spacious. the beds were hard, but still managed to be comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was close to some street markets and the mall. the free parking was also great. We enjoyed the lounges a lot.

A great hotel in a prime location, just on the perimeter of Historic George Town. Easy walking distance to The Jetty’s, Old Town and other local attractions. AVENUE 1 Shopping Mall is across the street and there are many fabulous restaurants and eating courts near by. The front desk staff were fantastic in accommodating any requests we had even when I had messed up our reservations. The hotel offers luggage storage, which was wonderful when we decided to take a quick trip to Langkawi. If you stay make sure you say hello to Willy, my favourite front desk assistant ?.
