The Granite Luxury Hotel was a perfect place for our adventure in Georgetown. The Suite was very large with a living room and kitchen. The pool was fantastic, we enjoyed it everyday of our stay. Although we didn't have to interact with the front desk often, they were helpful with our requests. The staff members we met in the hotel were always friendly No complaints.

The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Hotel staff are very attentive to detail and their service is impeccable from the moment you step for check in. Room was very spacious, great lightning and views with floor to ceiling windows and well air conditioned throughout. Rooftop pool had good views of George Town and right infront The Top building. Hotel common areas including pool area were always clean and well mantained. They also have a self laundry service which is very well priced. Hotel is located just a few minutes away from all attractions, main streets in George town while still being in a quiet area.

When you leave the room, be prepared for the heat in the hallway...no a/c in common area. But that could be because we stayed in the other tower with a 2-bedroom suite.

Location! Right on the edge of UNESCO area. Real traffic lights to cross street safely. They do need a breakfast room…

Sofa was very uncomfortable, a pullout bed with lots of hardware. Stomping guest upstairs last 3 nights but this is not a hotel issue.

There was constant noise after midnight that sounded like furniture being dragged upstairs. I reported it twice, but the staff were not very helpful in addressing the issue.

The staff was super friendly and even though we arrived way to early, we were able to check in early. Our room was very spacious and super clean. The beds were the best though! Very cozy. We also loved the pool area. The rooftop location is fantastic!

A wonderful hotel in a great location. It was impeccably clean and the staff was outstanding. The swimming pool is wonderful! We would highly recommend it and hope to return!
