The location was the best, right next to a Unicentro mall that has everything you need, and it’s the séptima to go out north of the city. To cater to the needs of guests in a bustling city, a hotel should prioritize providing more isolation. As someone accustomed to the noise of urban life, I can sleep comfortably despite the surroundings. However, visitors from outside Colombia or other large cities might find this level of noise intrusive. Therefore, enhancing the isolation of the rooms would significantly improve the overall customer experience. Additionally, the hotel’s heating system was malfunctioning, resulting in chilly mornings that were manageable but not ideal. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy between the price displayed during the booking process and the actual charge. Even if guests found a better deal through alternative channels, they would likely be charged a higher price than anticipated.

It was close and convenient to me, to the errands I had to run for 2 weeks. Located in a very busy avenue, loud,noisy streets until veey late at night. No Air Conditioning and No sound proof windows. So either you are hot inside the room a little quieter, or fresh and loud if you open a window.

Front desk could've been a lot more helpful. No refill on water daily or any toiletries other than toilet paper. Felt really annoying that not even paper cups were replaced!

The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making the overall experience more enjoyable. One of the highlights of the room was its sensational view, which was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more memorable. Waking up to such a beautiful panorama was definitely the best part of my visit. Although the stay was pleasant overall, I felt the price was a little too high for what the hotel offers. The facilities are somewhat outdated and could benefit from renovation to better justify the cost. In addition, the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and average quality. Improving these aspects would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and provide better value for the price.

I’ve stayed already a few times here. I really like this hotel, service was great there was a small issue with the room and was addressed immediately, security is great, restaurant has very good food and service and the hotel has a very trustworthy taxi driver . Overall I think this is a very good hotel and I would go back here for sure.

Very old and not updated. Towels at room very used like a mop.

This hotel is my go to hotel when I come to Bogotà.The service is wonderful and the remodeled rooms are beautiful with wood floors! NA

Excelente

We were promised 2 weeks before a room in the 10 floor to avoid noise , we ended up on a six floor very noisy room instead, the evening agent at the front desk was aware o our request but he said thee was nothing he could do as the rooms were taken by a large group. Very disappointing.
