The receptionist (a woman). She asked for my ID, I did give her my CE, but she didn't seem to trust the ID and asked for other IDs that I have. She even asked for my ticket. This is insulting! The CE that I showed her is the legit ID issued by the Colombian authority.

Modern facility in a nice neighborhood, comfortable beds and a great shower. Breakfast had a couple hot entrees, lots of fresh fruit and eggs could be custom ordered. Staff was pleasant. Front desk spoke English. We had everything we needed during our stay. Pulsing music across the street from about 7-10 pm, but it was quiet by the time we went to sleep. A minor issue. Hotel was generally very quiet.
