Breakfast was quite delicious and abundant.

More variety in breakfast selection. Gym amenities.

2nd time staying here. When in Bogota - this is my go to spot. The rooms are spacious and well spaced. The showers are hot and pressure of water is great. Staff is always attentantive. The restaurant serves delicious Korean food and the breakfast is also good. Location is perfect for me, quiet, yet close enough to the main Bogota areas. Not Applicable.

I stayed here for a little less than a week recently. A few days after checking out, I started getting texts from random people on WhatsApp claiming to be with Hotel Vintage. They claim that I owed money and called me a thief. When I first got to the hotel I paid for the room in full. I did stay 3 nights longer than expected, but was told that my card they had on file was charged. I stay at hotels all of the time that do this and they had my card on file because it was required before I made the reservation. Not a single person in reception spoke any English, so we had to constantly communicate via translator. At this point I don't know if the people contacting me are part of Hotel Vintage or not as they never verified themselves. At this point all I can assume is it's a scammer. How they got my contacts, I have no idea. But they kept telling me they are reporting me to the police. I use Booking.com all of the time to stay in hotels. I've never had this issue with any hotel I've stayed out. I don't really know what's going on, but I would highly caution against staying at this hotel. I will be filing a formal complaint with Booking.com and informing them of this matter. Being contacted by random people after I stayed here claiming that I owed money and that I was a thief. And that I was apparently being reported to the police.

We loved our stay at hotel vintage! It was super charming. The decor, cleanliness, and friendly staff were all wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious! The only downside was that we couldn't get the wifi in our room so we had to go down to the lobby to use wifi. It would be super if they could strengthen their signal!

Super nice staff and the rooms was very clean. The room was too cold and you aren't able to manage the temperature.

The location was good for what we needed to do. The property did not full fill the information on the booking. No reward as a genius member. Changes on the booking price when you do the check in. I am very disappointed with the service of the hotel. I am the genius member and I made the booking for my elderly parents. They did not take the payment from my card. Instead they waited until my family arrived to charge them and increased the price of the booking. The conditions offered on the booking is not what you receive at the vintage hotel. For sure I wouldn't stay there again.

Great hotel for a stay in the business heart of Bogotá. I always come back to this place since I feel welcome and safe. Comfortable bed and large shower. Breakfast could be better (more options to choose from and amount, it's not a buffet). Parking is too small if you bring a larger car.
