Location is good A/C was not great , but team helped us with a standing fan

The place was neat and cozy. The staff was very kind. I needed a shirt washed and ironed overnight and they helped me, although the waiting tlme was two days.

Location Not even a bottle of water in the fridge, completely empty. Breakfast not good.

The Property is nice and rooms have good space The cleaning was ok, but not wonderful. The whole staff is super nice, Angie on the reception should keep learning customer service, but she tries hard. Breakfast is good, with options and the restaurant staff is super nice! The registration to enter parking is not working well, every single entry or exit I had to register again.

A very nice modern building. Clean,stylish , great comfortable room in a great location I mistakenly thought there was a restaurant so that we could avoid going out in the severe rain we’ve been having . However , the little pizzeria next door is a real gem. Artisanal hand made pizza , great service . We enjoyed it very much .Also there is no airport shuttle. It seems they will just call a car for you which we can do ourselves. So not really an amenity but also not a big issue . Street is a bit noisy late into the night but only traffic, not nightclub noise

Construction work was underway on the upper floor. Workers drilled and hammered for hours a day, making remote meetings impossible due to the extreme noise.

The bed mattres was not in good shape.

Location excellent, very near to Parque de la 93, lots of pharmacies around and very good restaurants. Also a 20 minute walk to the mall and zona T. Very good breakfast. The staff always helpful. Once we arrived we noticed the little fridge was broken, they changed it for a new one. Also we had to call every day for towels, every single day!! Either no shower rug or hand towel. Also they looked very used and washed. They should change the towels.

Breakfast is ok, not great, but ok The windows are not sound proof and it was extremely noisy during the weekend... you could hear every car passing by. The bedding is low quality, like a cheap motel. The fact that i have to have my actual passport, not a copy of it, to be waived the VAT is the most ridiculous policy.

Well located big rooms; great customer experience and clean No ramp access to lobby

The location is excellent. In a very safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes around, and a shopping mall somewhere nearby. There's a park closeby and it's very pleasant to walk around. Breakfast at the hotel was very cozy, and even though not a huge variety, the fruit options were everything I had two bowls of fruit every morning. Staff was really nice and they all huddled around to help me buy something I needed as a gift for my husband and which was only available in specific places - even the chef came out to help suggest where to buy it - it was very cute :) The room is extremely comfortable and very big. The bed was huge - it could fit a small family but I was alone there. The bathroom and shower were comfy with hot water available. It's very central in a chic neighborhood and I walked at night it was fine. About 30-40 mins from the airport. Wifi was working well. Cleaning was really good, I even had my stuff organized in drawers which was nice. I would say it would be nice to provide water bottles in the rooms for free for guests, especially when unfamiliar on where to walk to get water on the first night or two. They gave me a small complimentary bottle when I arrived, and there was water at breakfast, and sometimes there was a jug at reception. I am a person who needs a LOT of water to avoid headaches and migraines, so was a bit anxious on not finding water when I first arrived as I arrived really late and many things might have been closed. Bring your water with you on the first day. There is a supermarket close by but I didn't end up going there. One more thing, no ramp for suitcases! You have to bring your suitcase up the stairs, but I had help from the taxi driver going up, and help from the hotel staff going down so it was fine.

Location The unit was super dirty and full of moisture fungus on the walls and curtains. We ordered transportation from the airport to the hotel and never came to pick us up. There was no mini fridge in the room, poor internet. We booked for two weeks and we leave the next day.
