The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was good - especially the first day! The location was great. The WiFi could have been faster and more consistent. The room furnishings could have been better. The carpets could have been cleaner in the room.

I really never complain but the beds where very low jaja. Especially for my 80 old mom. But other than that everything was clean great wifi.

I love the location, and all the nearby amenities were fantastic. It’s within walking distance of 93 Park, where you can enjoy excellent food and drinks. The room was very comfortable, with a perfect bed, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The window doesn't close properly, so you can hear noise from the street. Next to the hotel is an Oxxo store, and people stay there to drink alcohol, so at night there's a lot of noise from them.

Location was excellent, near Parque 93 and easy to get to the best spots in Chapinero. The bathroom towels were small, some parts of the room were not clean, and I was not able to open the closet fully because one of the doors was hitting a lightbulb.
