Staff was attentive and welcoming. Room: Curtains were difficult to fully close, pillows weren´t great. You could hear everything going on in the street. I would suggest soundproof windows. The door that divided the bedroom and living room/bathroom was loud and difficult to move. Bathroom: Materials felt cheap, door didn´t close properly, showerhead didn´t work.

Location Staff very racist. Wouldn’t let me enter the restaurant with my hat, but it was really because I was American. Very left wing. I advise all Americans to stay away from this location.

I have been staying here for 6 years now and over the last few years the rooms have not been kept up to date. For instance light bulbs are burnt out now, the soap isn’t filled up, and the refrigerator made so much noise i had to unplug it. Furniture is starting to look beat up as well.

Beautiful room. View and amenities. This is our 4th stay here. Not sure if it’s because of Hilton taking over but service was very office. We’d order food and it would arrive very very late. Our phone never worked but thankfully they’d take our room service order over the phone.

Has potential. Location is good Horrible service. Waited 3 hours for room service, got cold food and was charged anyway. Extremely rude general manager (Lorena) and room service manager (Juan Pablo). Shower was clogged and flooded the entire bedroom. We didn’t even got fresh towels. Were never able to get the room serviced. Not worth it.

Location, size of the room, breakfast, great gym Broken air conditioner in room, very noisy streets and the windows don’t block sound at all, the staff started to laugh at me behind the manager’s back when I was explaining the air conditioner wasn’t working

Nice location next to the park, and nice fitness center are the main positives. It is listed as having an airport shuttle and it clearly doesn’t. This was disappointing as that is part of the reason we chose to spend more to stay there. The staff had limited English which surprised me for a Hilton; Google Translate is a must
