The style of the design and the attention to detail. The staff was attentive and kind to help with all my requests.

No air conditioning, weekend wedding

I came back after 8 years that i stayed there and the hotel is still superior.

Excellent location, friendly staff, my room was a beautiful and modern suite. Rooftop with views of the city. Gustavo the doorman was very kind and diligent. Some areas must have more light.
-
Quite comfortable room and bed tropical shower in the bathroom Upgraded my room for free (corner suite was nice, it was fun to distantly open and close huge automatic curtains) The hotel itself pretends to be kind of "art-related" Breakfast was okay Too much non-free stuff in the room, so much (bottles snacks etc) so you struggle to place your own things Not really worth it for this price. Only if discounted

The staff was excellent, the room was great, but there was an awful odor in the lobby, and hallways.

Breakfast was excellent and the facility was nice and modern.

Very cool and well designed hotel. Breakfast was really good! Definitely recommended for Bogota.

This place is a gem! Nothing!

Every single detail. The amazing decor, the friendly staff, the luxury items in my room, the complimentary rooms upgrade, literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Not one single thing.

Great overall vibe and atmosphere! Super comfy bed, loved the details. The breakfast and the bar were absolutely fantastic. Great rooftop views. Loved this!!! Be aware that room temp is not easily achieved but that staff will totally help. Shower is a bit of a challenge, a little slippery and hard to deal with if you have long hair, it’s more of a relaxing shower.

We loved our stay at the Click Clack! The whole hotel has so much personality. Everywhere you look there are clever signs and sayings, and unique decorations. We were able to book last minute and had wonderful communication from the hotel to secure an airport transfer. It was so easy to message our driver and find him at the pickup area. Our driver was very friendly and even helped me practice my Spanish. We were greeted immediately when we arrived at the hotel and check in was easy. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby and it was safe to walk around late at night. The room itself was great. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows and a down comforter. We were able to store our bags for free the next day after we checked out because we had a few hours to explore before our flight. Highly recommend!

A great experience over all. Very friendly and attentive staff, I was par of a large group and everyone had a great time. I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like

This is the perfect hotel to stay at while discovering Bogota. We felt very safe in the surrounding area, it was quiet during the night (not a given in Colombia) and the staff was welcoming and attentive and spoke English (also not a given in Colombia). Note that the XS room is very small, we could not have both suitcases open at the same time. The breakfast is phenomenal, it's one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had and the staff at the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel restaurant / lounge is a beautiful space to hang out and hide from the hustle and bustle of the city. There were a couple of things that were not up to standard for the price of this hotel. It was very hard to open our hotel room door with our room card, we were struggling to do so every day as the sensor was not sensitive. When we arrived all of the glasses in the room seemed dirty. Unfortunately we had absolutely no view whatsoever.

The hotel itself is what my dreams are made of. The art, the attention to detail at every corner, so well designed. OUR HIGHLIGHT was the incredible design of the hotel and our beautiful suite. Would highly recommend booking the suite. Loved the sleep book they included in the room, and the beautiful bathroom. It was just perfect. The restaurant staff were also the loveliest people. The receptionist wasn't the most friendly, we asked to book crossfit classes, the receptionist told us he'd get back to us with a confirmation but never did. We also didn't like that the room didn't come with complimentary drinking water and that the reception didn't have umbrellas for guests to use in the rain.
-
Not a big deal, but the rooms have SO MANY buttons and light switches. It was hard to figure out how to turn on/off the lights! Also hard to close/open the shades and curtains. But not a dealbreaker :)
