Staff at reception: rude not honest. We arrived at 2:40pm, they said the room is not ready but if you upgrade for 100euros we can get you a room… I mean wait 20min or pay 100 euros… very hard equation… then I put a preference for a 2 beds room ( I know it is a preference) but the staff didn’t mention anything… at least could have stayed that they cannot accommodate my preference … no communication nothing… I go to the room it is a king … then I come back to reception … the guy is acting like trying to find a room for 20min then he tells me that there is no twin beds room !!!

Hotel was very beautiful and was in an excellent location to see all the major sites in Vienna. Walkable to so many metro stops and trains. Let me say this again. Excellent location lol. I could have remembered that I paid for breakfast everyday in my room rate and forgot to go....I went the last day and it was fantastic.

Location was incredible. Some staff were good and helpful. The breakfast as a whole was decent, and the breakfast staff actually were quite friendly and nice. We had multiple housekeeping issues: towels wouldn't be changed, they gave my mother a child's bathrobe and though we complained over and over again, it was never substituted. My parents (who are in their 70s) ordered breakfast in their room but consistently ran into issues-- firstly, noone picked up the phone, they only brought breakfast for 1 person, nothing was what they had asked for (bread was different, no fruit salad). We did not have hand or shower gel all week, bottle was empty and housekeeping never replaced it. The housekeeping manager came in to check if what we were saying was true, which felt quite disrespectful. We asked for it but it seemed they barely spoke English. I asked multiple times for a new pillow as the ones they had were either too hard or too soft and also for a proper king duvet (because they gave me and my partner separate ones), but noone could understand us or help us. It was an extremely disappointing trip.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quite. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

Best location in old town. Hotel is situated in the heart of the shopping area. Many restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. Opera house and many other attractions are all within a 10-30 min walk. Staff were very helpful and professional, hotel is very clean and in a safe quiet location. Sauna amenities were definitely a plus. N/A

Location Every time my family asked for a tissue box or anything they either had to go get it from reception or they would charge them for coming up to their room?

والفندق قريب للسنتر ريحة الممرات بالفندق مرررة سيئة ريحة بهارات هندية كاري لازم يغيرون المعطر مدري المنظف اللي يستخدمونه، الاثاث تحسونه قديم ومافيه تكنولوجيا نفس الفنادق الثانية يعني بتطفي اللمبة لازم تقوم تروح عند الباب عشان تقفلها.
