About Pertschy Palais Hotel
Welcome to Pertschy Palais Hotel — A Piece of Viennese History. The Pertschy Palais Hotel welcomes you in one of the most beautiful Baroque palaces in Vienna's historic city center — the landmark-protected Palais Cavriani, dating back to the 17th century. Vienna's Icons, around the corner: just 328 feet from the Graben, and a five-minute stroll from St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Hofburg with the Sisi Museum, the Albertina and the Vienna State Opera — our guests don't need a taxi, because Vienna begins right at the door. Every morning, a generous Viennese breakfast buffet awaits you, featuring a carefully curated selection of organic produce. Coffee, tea and all hot beverages are complimentary throughout the day. Our 55 lovingly appointed rooms — equipped with mini-bar, satellite TV and complimentary WiFi — are all easily reached by the glass panoramic elevator through our historic courtyard. At Pertschy Palais Hotel, you are not staying in an anonymous hotel room. You are a guest in one of the most characterful privately-run hotels in the city — and you feel it at breakfast, at check-in, and in every detail. A public car park is a 7-minute walk away, and the Hofburg Congress Center is 5 minutes on foot.

Very close to Stefanstrasse Nice and cozy rooms Coffee, tea and cold beverages 24/7 at the lobby.

Andrii at front desk was handsome, kind, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. AC could have been a bit cooler.
-
The management has to install an air-conditioned. We were there on 104 degree weather and it was way too hot even with the fans.
-
The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were in Vienna during the heat dome and record heat, but the rooms stayed comfortable despite having no individual AC. The location is extraordinary, few minutes from the palace and quick walk from the museums.
-
The location The old elevator that broke and made we senior people walk 3 floors up & down The small, uncomfortable bathroom The lack of air conditioner
-
Location is fantastic and made to easy for sightseeing. Breakfast was perfect. The building is historic so no AC like many hotels in Europe.. There is a fan in the room. We would definitely stay here again.
-
Mildew smell in my room. Tiny flies in the room were a major annoyance. Too much money to deal with flies and smells.
-
Hotel infrastructure is very old. Its rated should be 3 star not 4 star
-
Location was amazing. Far enough from the action to be quiet but close enough to walk to. The check in process was cumbersome for the guest. Loud cleaning staff to early in the morning.
-
Manager marvellous Situation central Ambience ancient and modern No tea or coffee or biscuits in room

Perfect location. The staff were great! Our room was very comfortable to stay in.

The location was superb and I wanted something old and quaint. I loved feeling a part of old Vienna. There was nothing I didn’t like.

I did not try the breakfast. The staff were very kind and hopeful. The hotel has not been built as an hotel. It was more likely built a small residence that open to a common inner space. The outdoor to the space was open the first night and the elevator was accessible by people from the street. So I didn’t feel safe. Also, the rooms need a good renovation.

Location, but this is the only thing I liked This is not really a hotel but rather collection of rooms in a building. I have no idea how it was rated 4-stars, but the badge on the building indicates that this rating expired already (no idea if this is true). There is no parking provided - you have to park in a public parking at approx. 40 EUR a day - I would expect that this is stated as NO PARKING on the site, which would be more correct that misrepresenting that there is a "paid public parking" - such parking is everywhere so nothing to be advertised in the context of hotel stay.

The location was excellent. The facilities were interesting. The staff - reception, housekeeping, breakfast room - were amazingly amiable and helpful.

The location is great Good breakfast The property not clean and the bed not comfortable and very stiff. The staff at breakfast is very not pleasant and not welcoming. The hotel sold you bottles of water, you have no spoon at the room. The bathroom water go out the bath.
-
Great location, convenient to a lot of tourist activities and attractions Room door opened to outdoors, was a holiday and quite expensive without much extra for luxuries

Hotel is very well located and staff is nice and welcoming. Despite that there is the breakfast option, there is not much variety. Same option everyday.
