The location is great - very central, good for a short trip. Found the room a bit noisy at night from other guests in the corridor as it's not sound proof and sound of water pump.

Probably my fault. I booked a single room that was extremely small- about 100 square feet. The room was extremely uncomfortable and noisy - a buzzing sound every few minutes. They advertised as a boutique hotel but felt more like a hostile.

Almost everything about this place was perfect! Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast, clean room! The bathroom had a frosted glass door that you could kind of see through. I was travelling with a friend, so one of us had to leave the room when the other person was using the bathroom.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities had everything I needed. Everything was clean, and it offers excellent value for the price. Keep in mind that this is a pension, so the building is older and it’s not a luxury property. If you’re looking for a more modern or upscale stay, this may not be the right fit, but if you prioritize location, cleanliness, and value, it’s a great choice.

The location was wonderful, right in the middle of the action but also very secure. I loved that we could order eggs to our liking at the breakfast. This may seem like a small thing but it was not our experience in Germany so I appreciated fresh eggs to order, along with the rest of the offerings. They upgraded our room to a suite when we got there, which was very nice as it was our birthdays. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and if we ever happen to be in Vienna, we will stay there again. There was some construction going on close by which was somewhat distracting but that was not the fault of the hotel.

the rooms were clean and spacios breakfast was excellent! there was air condition in the room but we almost didn't feel it, it was very noisy and very small for such large room and we couldn't decrease the temperature, it was locked!

The location was superb. You're so close to a host of museums and churches. Also you're close to two subway lines including one that takes you directly to the main train station. Breakfast was very good with made to order egg dishes. The AC was a champ during the heat wave. I had a twin room so it was small, but I think eliminating the minibar and downsizing the chest of drawers could have made it seem more spacious. The bathroom is very modern while the overall facility is dated.

Location Loud noise coming from the ac unit pump every 15 minutes. Kept me awake most of the night. Was told all rooms were like this e offered a fan and some ear plugs.
