Location was excellent especially for seeing the main sights and the Christmas markets. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was excellent from everyone including the concierge who was able to get us some last minute dinner reservations.

The hotel is great, the room comfortable, bright, nice view, excellent spa and swimming pool with good opening hours which allows to enjoy it before and after work while on a business trip. The only thing that I really missed was a full size mirror in the room - to check your look as a whole before leaving the room. This made it inconvenient for me to walk into the shower in my dress shoes cause that's where the most full size mirror is.

Great location. Lovely room and bathroom but very expensive. Fabulous breakfast in beautiful dining room ( included in expensive room rate) Only small defect - ridiculously small size tea cups provided in room!

I wanted to prolong for one more night in the hotel, the girl in the lobby charged my card for 1760 € , although the price of the room for one more night was 666€ and after i came and asked her why this happened she gave me attitude and was very rude and arrogant to me. I dont understand how can a hotel like this give a job to someone like that… this is a 5 star hotel not a motel… I am very dissapointed. I still havent got my money refunded… I canceled the one more night after that incident and the money still has not beef refunded. Also they tried to charge me 50€ for iphone charger as a extra that i have never asked for…

Worth staying just for that. The swimming pool and the facilities around d it were also wonderful. The entrance - DULL and not clear it was an entrance. It seems that they had locked the door at about 9pm arrival in winter and No doormen were visible. Waited 5 minutes in the cold to enter. Ended up going to the side entrance via restaurant entrance to get their attention. Really unacceptable.
