Lovely large room The car park was at the back and trying to find your way in wasn’t easy

Convenient location TV was void of cable hook up- no working tv in room Pillow was like a rock Bathroom had black mold all around shower stall and on walls/ceiling near windows Drug paraphernalia was lying on the ground in the walkway through where the parking lot leads you into the hotel reception. The door leading in has no means by which to open it, despite a sign hanging above it stating it’s the way into reception. Overpriced for run-down facilities. Overhead room light had no bulb No dedicated staff member for hotel guests - had to wade through locals at the bar

The accommodations were exactly what we needed, comfortable. The host and hostess were helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic.

When the ferry couldn't sail, the hotel staff found acommodation very quickly.

it was a shame they don't serve food on a Sunday, but the sister hotel is very close

The location along Ullapool's waterfront was great and the room was adequate and remarkably quiet given that live music plays at the ground floor pub nearly every night. Staff was pleasant and quick to respond. We would stay here again. The continental breakfast was more than adequate and the pub food at the hotel and seafood at the sister hotel across the street and down a set of stairs was great. Be sure to visit the Ullapool Museum to fully appreciate the area's history and culture. Light bulbs were out. Bathroom sink lacked hot water. Check in was a bit cumbersome.

The room was very cozy and the view was beautiful. Everything was impeccably clean. Loved the tea in the room. The staff was also very accommodating. The shower was either malfunctioning or I found it too confusing to figure out. It was confusing to get it turned on, first of all, so maybe this was user error. But once I got it running, I couldn't get the water to be a nice, human temperature. It was either scalding hot or bone-chillingly cold. There were a few seconds of transition from scalding to freezing, and I was able to get my hair washed a few seconds at a time. It worked out. But it was a very uncomfortable shower.

Location is good, lovely views from the room. Staff were accommodating. Pub nice atmosphere with live music. No chef on a Saturday night. Shower broken - no staff around at check out to pass feedback on. Hot breakfast in sister hotel not worth price and swimming in grease.

The stairs are a bit steep and narrow for the third floor so if you have mobility problems, it might be difficult for you to get there.

Location..view.. Hot water took a good 10 minutes to run through. Coffee cups stained. Tired..needed some tlc.

Location Advertised a bath and after days of living in a campervan, this is one thing we were looking forward to. Entered the room to no big light working, and the smallest shower I’ve ever seen. No bath. When getting in the shower you couldn’t even move it up as it was broke, not good for my 6ft partner. Woke up at 1am to all the customers from the pub below being kicked out. Told the hotel within minutes of entering the room, yet still had no reply. Then no one around in the morning to inform. The price was ridiculous for what it was. I’d expect to pay £50 max for this room.

Very friendly and helpful people. I paid extra for a sea view but there was an electric high line wire right across the window. Hard to take scenic pictures with a line across the window. There was no soap in the bathroom. The lightbulb for the bedroom light was out and that was the only light except a small lamp on a side table. Front Door locked behind me when I left to go to breakfast (8:30am). No one was there to open it upon my return.

Hotel bar was convivial and friendly. Terrible Wi-Fi.

Easy to find. Very good value for money. Great breakfast. Staff very pleasant. Great view over the loch. The pillows were far too hard.

Exceptional

Clean, tea, coffee, biscuits, beef pie, friendly barman who was also waiter and reception, and generally run off his feet! Bed cold, no extra blankets, no food served Wednesday evening in spite of sign saying food served until Thursday, breakfast served in a different hotel down many stairs, no sign of cooked menu though uneaten food congealing on plates uncleared, no access to the car park when it was time to leave - had to walk around the streets to it.

Private car park at back of hotel. Lovely view of the harbour and scenic views over mountains. A few minutes walk to local shops and cafes We were put on the second floor which was slight issue with having the dog. On arrival, we discovered that the restaurant wasn't open so had to go looking for somewhere to eat. Due to being early in the season, most of the cafes were shut or not dog friendly. Luckily there was a chippy.

Good
