Room is comfortable and modern. staff was very kind and professional

Some retards in other rooms screaming and singing at 1am . Not fault of the hotel .

The breakfast was good. The location was close to all possible public transportation and the main shopping area of Prague and still the room (3-person room for family) was very quiet. There were no noise from other guests or the street. The decoration of the place is very cool and different from other hotels. The air quality in the room was not good. It smelled like someone had smoked in there before we arrived. The mattresses were in plastic covers which was very uncomfortable to sleep on in the summer for some of us, as the body can't breathe on one side. The air con (with a very dusty/dirty filter in front of it) was working - but it was either too cold/windy without a duvet, or too sweaty with a duvet and the plastic mattress. The lamps and rug on the floor was very dusty.

The staff were excellent. Special thanks to Petr for responding immediately to my messages about a phone I forgot on my bed when I checked out.

Fun stay! Best hotel we had across Europe. The staff were kind and helpful, the location was great, and the room was fantastic!

The convenience of the train station and nice restaurants within walking distance is a big plus. We had the shower back up in our area. Probably the fault of someone in our room, but it was a little inconvenient.

The place feels like its built flimsy. My children were at the mezzanine and just a normal walk feels like there's an earthquake downstairs.

Comfort

location is very convenient and close to everything. I just wish I was able to book the single room only not the dormitory.

First I had a female dorm, which was nice and spacious but then they offered me a private room which was amazing and made my stay even better. The hostel feels more like a hotel, which great amenities and a really interesting design. Its location 2 minutes from the train station and very close to the centre. The staff are super friendly and overall would recommend to anyone coming to Prague.

Super close to the train station. Catching my early morning train was a breeze! 30 minute walk to the castle. (I enjoy walking around the city). Staff were very friendly, and gave me some great recommendations for dinner. The room slept 5 (women only dorm) and had its own bathroom and shower. Each bed had its own locker if you wanted to secure any valuables. A couple of minor things, There was no hand towel in the toilet to dry your hands and only one bath mat in the shower. I hung it up, so hopefully it was dry in time for the next girl to use. No matter how careful you are, there is no way to keep from getting water all over the floor so I had to use it to mop up the water. If roommates come in at night, after you, expect to have the lights on. I liked that the room was open, but I can appreciate a privacy curtain as well.

The location is amazing, new comfortable rooms with nice view. Breakfast was great as well. we didn’t like that we couldn’t open window properly, just small ventilation window. AC didn’t work properly. Also the night light was not possible to switch off and it was kind of strong and disturbing. we prefer dark room for sleep.

Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home. It would be nice to have curtains above the beds. No fridge
