Location, finishes, room size, staff Ac doesn't work

Great hotel in perfect location next to train station. Lovely facilities and restaurant. Breakfast was really overpriced. I made the mistake of not checking first based on travelling around Europe and staying at many similar quality hotels - this was more than double what I would have expected to pay. One staff member was rude when I didn’t realise we still needed a long check in process even after fully completing the online checkin (with a QR code that seemed completely unnecessary).

I loved the location. 2 minutes from the train station but very quiet with an upscale flair. I was impressed by their sound proofing. Didn’t hear a piep in my room but they had a DJ in the courtyard. Amazing! Next, I really liked the crisp sheets. And the room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel really checked all the boxes for me!

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which is especially convenient if you are traveling with luggage. The city center is also within walking distance, about 15 minutes away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The only downside was that the room was a bit small.

This is an excellent hotel in all respects. First, travelling by train, it was a short walk from the main train station with easy access to public transportation. Second, the room was excellent - clean, well stocked quiet, and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was simply superb. We will definitely return there when we return to Prague.

The Bed and shower were excellent. Those are my 2 essential requirements. The restaurant was ok. A little pricey

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quite large. It is very close to the train station so the location was perfect for us. The spa was such a nice treat at the end of the day and the gym was also great. We really appreciated the kind staff as well. I highly recommend this little oasis in Prague.

Fabulous location near the train station, but also walking distance for us to see and experience Prague! We walked everywhere. Loved everything about the hotel, except for the stairs at the entry. A ramp would be amazing for bringing luggage in and out.

I didn't stay but the staff went above and beyond to process my cancellation due to family emergency. Exceptional business etiquette keeping customers happy. N/A

It is very warm and inviting- sauna/ spa was amazing! Super clean . They’ve got a cool modern monkey bar with food and drink and music jams. Thought it was great

Everything was super nice. SPA is great. Breakfast is really good. Hotel has its amazing style. Location is perfect as well. Will return!
