Good location Very disappointing experience. The cleaning service was by far the worst I've experienced. We accidentally spilled coffee on the bed sheets, so we left them on the floor to make it obvious they needed to be replaced. Instead, the housekeeping staff simply picked the same dirty sheets up from the floor and put them back on the bed. That is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of hygiene and professionalism. We contacted the staff about several issues, but they were rude and dismissive in their responses instead of trying to resolve the problems. Housekeeping barely cleaned the room or replenished basic items. During one visit while we were out for lunch, they also switched off the electricity and the central air conditioning. I had intentionally left my computer running, but when I returned it had been powered off because they had cut the electricity. After these repeated issues, we asked the hotel not to send housekeeping into our room anymore because they were causing more inconvenience than help. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Cleanness It’s online process

Very clean rooms and very comfortable bed. We got clean towels twice Easy check in. The room was small, the hotel has no space to sit and work or just hang for a drink.

The location was very good, although quite some construction going around the place The bathroom sink was clogging and no water bottles available upon arrival. It was also quite warm during the night with the AC and fan

The location was especially great. On top of a beautiful room with very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was good however not great. It sometimes was still warm after it was at a low temperature for a while.

Nice room, very clean, great bathroom, coffee and coffee maker. Lots of information sent well ahead of time. Able to store luggage at the premises. Excellent location right next to Prague’s main train station.

registration process with uploading sensitive docs is a questionmark for me.

Close to the train station and not far from the Metro to the airport. Has a luggage storage room with a security person. The room was a good size and had a little fridge. This company does not have reception desks at their properties. When I called and pressed the number for customer care, no one picked up. I had to call again and press the number for the remote reception desk. The front door at Maestro is very heavy.

The check in was a pain! This was largely due to problems with their website on their end. There were multiple people waiting in the hallway with us with the same issue.

It was clean, gorgeous, really well located and felt like a 5 stars hotel

The room was clean and nice. There was a coffee machine. The breakfast was really good and although i was not sure if my booking was inclusive of breakfast the team allowed me to have it. Overall my stay in the hotel was fantastic!

Very comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Staff were very helpful over email - gave me an early check in and a slightly late check out and overall so polite over their comms. Nothing not to like

The bed is excellent, so comfortable!!! Feels like you're sleeping in the sea ?

Only 10 min. of walk to old town center. Very quite. Very clean and well maintained. Large and well decorated rooms. Rooms are hot, you need to open windows even in winter. Needed lower pillows for bed.

It was clean and i liked the aesthetic There wasn't a single thing i dislike

Luxurious beds and room! More than expected

Rooms were very spacious and easy to access once check in becomes available. Breakfast was sufficient
