I paid double what the room was selling for on the day of my stay. Very poor service, rude staff, and disappointing breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

Staff was impeccable. Lovely and helpful. Just great things to say about them. It's definitely not good value for what it costs. It's just an average hotel pretending to be fancy.

Good location, really nice hotel has everything you need. Good pool and plenty of sunloungers never felt too busy. Good food and drinks menu. We went for a hen do and the room set up was great It is next to a busy road however it didn’t bother us it was just like white noise in the end

The location was great , the hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful It was great that you could use the towels for the pool and the beach most hotels wouldn't allow that unless they charged you... The lift was very noisy we noticed it more with our room being nearest to it, and the room we were in had a petition next to the single bed which I presume could be moved to make adjoining rooms but the light from next door was shining through and we could hear the person talking . I found it hard to sleep because of this.

This was a fantastic hotel!! They have a parking lot too! The rooms were super modern and zen. It made it so easy to relax. The bed was so soft and cozy it was like sleeping in a cloud. And the pool is just gorgeous with the most comfortable sunbeds. I could lie out there all day. It's only 30 minutes away from Palma and quite close to some beautiful surrounding beaches & calas. The food here is surprisingly good! We ordered some room service, and it was served fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend this hotel! I only wish they had complimentary breakfast.

I didnt like the shower because it leaked water

No children, bar facilities open late Had to change rooms due to TV not working and still didn't work in new room either! However..... room was an amazing upgrade so this was quickly forgiven

The breakfast buffet was amazing and they catered to my needs so easily (I’m celiac). The room was incredible, best sleep I had in months! Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel is nothing special to look at from the outside, but that all changes once you enter the grounds and go inside. Our room was huge, had everything we needed, was immaculately clean, had an ocean view, perfect balcony and a great bed. The pool area is quite nice, quiet and well appointed with many different seating areas. There was nothing negative to say.

I loved the upgrade to the suite with balcony and shower with views to the sea. Al the receptionists were super helpful and friendly. Free parking was a great plus. The parking can get crowded in the night

Open spaces, soft colors, beachy feeling, the swimming pool was very clean and the breakfast area was kept organized. The staff extremely helpful. The air conditioning. Almost impossible to control.

- loved waking up to ocean view on the balcony - nespresso coffee and complimentary slippers were a nice touch! - plenty of free parking outside the property! - walking distance to the beach within 10 mins - staff were professional and very helpful with dinner / restaurant suggestions! - room was clean and spacious - nice touch to have hotel umbrellas to borrow when it’s pouring rain outside but sometimes quantities are limited! Nothing.

Very good breakfast, excellent location, overall very pleasant ambience. Good size room and good dark curtains. Excellent staff!

The TV options and channels were poor. No global English speaking channels and difficult to change language even if it said it was possible

The location was amazing The room really didn’t have any proper hanging space in the cupboard

Great location near marina/restaurants. Only a 20 minute drive to Palma. Friendly staff and decent, clean rooms. Jacuzzi would have been nice and outdoor bar but overall great experience.

I loved the room. Very clean, a very comfy and big bad. Nice balcony. We had for free 2 bottles of water and coffee to make. Good breakfast for 15€ each. Very close to the bus station. Not very noisy. We loved it for two nights that we've been there. The location it's a little bit farway from the centre of the town. Quite good links when you're coming from town at night but when we had to get to the airport the bus had delayed by 30 minutes or more almost made us think we going to not get to the airport in time. You don't have to many things in the area, also the shops which they not to many, are quite far away. The shower needs a glass to protect the water to go everywhere or a mop to clean the water after you had an shower

The staff were great. Two members of staff in particular. Both worked in afternoons at the pool serving food and drinks and also in the evenings at the bar giving myself and my family pleasant conversation and recommendations for places to visit. This was really appreciated.

Very nice and very well kept hotel. Beautiful sea views, the shower with a window overlooking the sea certainly was a nice touch. We asked for a triple room with three single beds, but got a room with a double and a single.
