Clean, good location , great breakfast , lovely pool and loungers helpful staff very pretty , walking distance to Marina - everything was lovely

Great facilities, modern, clean, the breakfast was amazing. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do in the area and access to great restaurants nothing - couldn't fault it

EVERYTHING!!! I booked this stay for my parents and they had the best time! They stayed 4 nights and they loved it so much they want to go back every year now hahah. The hotel was very clean, the staff was so kind that on their last day they allowed my parents to do a late 2pm check out for free because they didn’t have their room booked. When they arrived, they got a bigger room than expected, everything was spot on. The breakfast was amazing and had new items every day, variety was incredible! The outdoor pool area was taken care of and the indoor spa was perfect. They had a massage on one of the days that they said was one of the best massages they’ve ever had! The staff was always kind and accommodating with them. Thank you for making my parents stay so memorable. They will come back and I will go as well for sure!

The receptionist in our first day was rude, the room was noisy and not even ready for 3 people, the beds was old, after all the spa is open until 7pm, but 10 minutes before everyone has to leave.

Overall great stay. Would have loved it if the rooms were slightly bigger.

Felt professional, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. We arrived late and had to depart early so indoor swimming was closed those hours; but the staff kept it open late for my 9yr old to enjoy!

The gym for a hotel was great. very big and enough equipment. the pool area was lovely, nice comfy beds and two pools. great location- its on a high street with coffee bars, shops and restaurants- and maybe a 5-8 minute walk to a sandy beach the breakfast experience was awful. I don't know how people can review that it is good! its a very smelly canteen; interior is also a cheap canteen and poor hygiene/ lazy practices with the waiters. the waiters were stacking dirty plates on trays with wheels right next to us (literally dozens).. with open bins where they were putting all the food scraps in .. attracting wasps and flies. dirty plates need to be taken straight to the kitchen...period. the coffee was also cheap and terrible. the rooms were smelly, they smelt damp? I had to change rooms because of the noise which staff were accommodating on. but second room still smelt damp and was tiny. pillows were so uncomfortable; clearly very cheap pillows with the foam all uneven inside.. and only two pillows on a double bed- the standard is 4? rooms were very noisy; for example I could hear next door plugging their charger into a wall.. let alone overhearing all conversations so bring ear plugs. All round it was just a very unpleasant stay. I was planning to stay for 3 nights but checked out after 1 to a different hotel as couldn't bear it

the size of the hotel very old bad elevators, bad staff, charge you for things you didnt buy. far from beach, its a 10 min walk up a hill on the way back which gets tiring and its very crowded. bad layout of rooms in hotel. bad labelling of floors for example the lobby is on the third floor and this is not made clear.

Good breakfast, spa with massage pools, outside pool with lots of sunbeds, close to really nice Portals Nous Beach

Staff were amazing. Why did I need to go back to reception to get cards to give to the towel attendant, only 1% of the beds were being used, surely my room card would have been proof enough that I’m staying there? The fridge in the room is next to the bed enclosed in a cupboard, as no air was getting to the fan, the top of the fridge was red hot, I’m sure in the summer months this could be a fire risk? As a consequence, nothing in the fridge was actually cold, had to leave the door open and pull fridge slightly forward so the vents had air flow.

Excelent breakfast good located Maybe more friendly at the reception... staff!
