We had the best time with this place, rooms are super clean with white sheets and the cleaning team did a great job every time they clean our rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very close to a small beach (reachable in just 1-2 minutes of walking). Breakfast were also excellent, plenty of different variety of drinks and foods. The only downside (for me personally) is that the blankets are a bit too thin but i asked the reception for a thicker one and they brought it to us right away. Super nice from them.

Location staff very good ,we have stayed here a number of times over the last 15 years , think this time we realized is time for a bit of a tlc needs new towels , things in general are starting to to look very tired and old , breakfast has gone downhill , pool menu is getting less and less very limited needs some attention to detail will probably stay somewhere else next time

Overall this was a great choice for our group, as we had a clean, safe, well-located and well-serviced place to stay and have as our base. It is also really close to other bigger beaches, which we walked to and then spent the day at. The pools are really lovely and clean (there are 3 pools, although one is not freely accessible, but this didn't matter to us at all because the 2 main pools were really nice and there was plenty of space to hang out there). The staff are really kind, especially Laura and Celeste really helped us out and I would fully recommend this hotel if you're looking for something really solid and well-serviced for a reasonable price, where you can easily get around to other places (beaches and Palma), and also have plenty to do at the hotel if you just stay there (pools, saunas, spa treatments, etc.). As we were a big group it was a bit difficult coordinating our spa appointments, but thankfully the staff were very helpful in solving this.

It was close to the beach It was too noisy, at night we couldn’t sleep well, there was always sound of people from outside and in the corridors There was water sound probably because of flushing and you could hear the doors being open and closed

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean, good pools, we didn't struggle to get a bed. Food at the pool bar was very good. Good selection for breakfast. The location was nice but to walk anywhere required walking up a steep hill or taxi. This isn't a problem but something to consider. The beach is very small and there is one small bar there. My main issue was the hotel did not sell large bottles of water. Once the complimentary water is gone then you have 2 options, a) pay over the odds for very small bottles of water from the hotel bar, b) walk up steep hill to supermarket and then lug the water back down the hill to the hotel. Did that run a few times and it definitely takes the edge off a relaxing break. The hotel should sell the large bottles for the same price as the supermarket so that guests don't have to make that quite unpleasant journey. Other than that I have no complaints.

Convenient for the wedding I was attending. Even better if the air con was adjustable as I was either warm or freezing, Particularly at night when there is only a tiny bedsheet for warmth. Shampoo was not filled and there was no body lotion available. As I was by myself they also initially only put 1 towel, so I had to dry my hair with the same towel. Finally there was no full length mirror which was inconvenient for preparing myself for the wedding.

Good food at the buffet Spa is somehow disappointing Food is good but limited choice Sugary fruit juice from the machine in the dining room. No fresh juices available Room service availability times are limited. No food after 10pm They forgot my wife's birthday even tough I informed the recepcion three times

Not enough storage in the room, there could be some shelves to unpack but apart from that all was great.

Breakfast buffet was better than I expected, many options with local food/pastry. The pool area was chill and there's a beach within 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area and it's definitely better to have a car. Staff was friendly and everything was smooth! The hair dryer could be better.

Breakfast Not great rooms very small ours overlooking a building site. After arrival water in room no more! No reception notice board for weeks activity, lacking space for clothing very limited and shelves very narrow.
