Breakfast was delicious. The majority of the staff is extremely nice and attentive. The location is perfect as we loved being near the marina and also right at a lovely little beach. I received a massage at the spa and it was amazing. The spa staff is exceptional. There were times that the staff took a while to serve us at breakfast, lunch or dinner and a couple of times they got our orders incorrect. The food at lunch and dinner is not as good as breakfast. We didn't receive an overview of all of the hotel when we checked in which was odd. Finally, they need someone to take orders at the pool. There were times when I went to the pool bar to order beverages and no-one was there. Another guest had to whistle down to the staff at the main restaurant to get someone to come up. When they finally did...the staff was a bit standoffish.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel room was impeccable, spotless, and beautifully designed. The breathtaking views were truly to die for, making our experience unforgettable. The hotel doesn’t have parking, which can make it challenging to find a spot during high season. However, they offer a shuttle service, so it’s best to reach out in advance for assistance with parking arrangements.

Amazing stay. The staff at this place is absolutely great. Special thanks Nina for the great service. I can only recommend this place. It is beautifully located. Right next to two beaches. The gym is better than most of the hotel gyms. The spa area serves all the needs. The room was beautiful and clean. We'll come back.

I loved everything. I had a lovely stay! The room was incredible, very nice design, very comfortable, with all amenities you could need. A stunning view. The SPA was fantastic, so beautiful and well built, you relax instantly there. The room was perfectly adapted to the needs of my dog. I've never seen staff so kind, helpful, beautiful, always smiling and very nice. I m really impressed. As it was new years eve I received a special intention, I really appreciated it! There was a dirty towel hidden behind the curtain when I first entered my room which means it's not thoroughly cleaned. When they cleaned my room, they didn't refill coffee, tea and water. They removed what was dirty or used but didn't put back new ones. Same for the small towels. Therefore I was quite disappointed by the care of the room. The room was not soundproof, I could hear everything in the corridor perfectly.
