Convenient to train station and restaurants. The shower was dangerous to get in and out. Tube was small and deep

There was an issue with some of the bedding. I notified the front desk and it was corrected immediately. Comfortable bed. Hotel was clean and close to restaurants and other stores. Breakfast could've been a little better.

The friendly staff, especially the receptionists, all polite and friendly. The location and breakfast are very good. Sometimes the air-conditioning in the room did not work properly.

The room was a great size, very clean, and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Paris. The hotel’s location is very convenient—within walking distance of almost everything, especially the theaters where most productions take place.

The room was excellent and very clean. It was about 2 miles from the major landmarks we wanted to visit. We ended up taking more taxis than we had originally planned.

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the balcony. It truly felt like our Parisian dream. The hotel was also only about a 10-minute walk from the metro, making it easy to get around. Honestly, nothing. We appreciated that the hotel entrance was kept locked at night for guests' security. The staff would promptly open it whenever we returned, so it made us feel safe without being inconvenient.

The location is excellent, quiet, and close to metro stations (about 5 minutes away, a little further). The place is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. The room is very small. I couldn't find a place to put my luggages, and moving around inside the room became annoying.
