Very clean and upscale property. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location, center to all venues and extremely comfortable and safe to walk around. Good sized room. More like boutique hotel. Definitely stay here again ! The air conditioning was the only thing that lacked. It did not keep the room cool and comfortable.

friendly staff, good location, nice shower and toilet, calm area. In general Hotel in a good condition ? even without hesitation I booked it for next trip 1. I would still be happy to have small eco-friendly fridge in the room 2. please clean up AC ventilation holes

excellent location, not super touristy which was nice and easy to get everywhere I loved it all. The staff was super nice. The hotel's decor is beautiful and very calming. No complains. If I ever come back to Paris - I would stay there again.

Room is extremely small, ventilation in the room is bad so the room smells weird a lot. Location is ok, it's near a lot of bars so it can get very loud at night disrupting sleep.

Great location and very comfortable room. Amazing shower. Breakfast should have more options and during 2 days the coffee maker form the lounge was inoperative. Staff was warm during the check-in and only! Sometimes not even a Bonjour!

the room was larger than many Paris hotel rooms and was well laid out. Could have used more towel racks, only two hooks provided. That said, shower was excellent.

The hotel was located in a nice area, with restaurants and boulangeries 1min walk away from the hotel. We liked how the hotel was in a secured street, so it was very private. The hotel was also in a nice neighborhood / arrondisement. The hotel lobby and facilities were really nice and very stylish--which I love about boutique hotels. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The room was only provided with 1 pillow each.... it was so uncomfortable. there were also little sockets. Room was little small than the usual.

Great location, close to everything. Amazing staff — special thanks to Ciara, she was incredibly helpful. Beautiful room with a perfect view of the street. Free coffee/tea and water in the lounge were a great bonus. A beautiful backyard with cute green chairs and tables. Everything was perfect! Definitely worth the money — I’ll be back next time I’m in Paris.

The hotel is clean, quiet, great location, staff was friendly and accommodating. Eve, especially. She was very helpful and friendly. Room was a bit small but still very comfortable

Very polite stuff, spacious (for Paris' standards) room, incredible location, close to 5 different metro and train stations. Few metro stations' distance from almost everything important in Paris, not by coincidence this was an area where Picasso himself used to live 100+ years ago

The space theme was fun, restaurant surprisingly good, staff very cordial and helpful. Of course, the location with really quick access to the airport is excellent.

Beautiful interior, clean rooms, kind staff. Location was amazing. No steamers (or irons) in rooms, borrowed one from Propert it was old, the water reservoir cap broken and the plate had rust and left stains, high recommend the property upgrade to in room or a steamer available for borrowing. Also, our Netflix didn’t work on the TV, they fixed with a fire stick install. Otherwise all went smoothly. Front desk staff were kind and accommodating.
