The room is small, but is clean, and most importantly, AC is strong/cold. There's a lift, small but better than none. There's daily breakfast available, and refillable water jug you can take to the room. It's close to dining places, next door to the Police. It's about 10-15 minute walk to Moulin Rouge. Met my criteria - clean, safe, with AC & lift. :) The room is very small & other than Moulin Rouge, it's a bit of a walking distance to the other landmarks. But if you're okay to take the train/metro, it's very close to Saint Lazare station.

The staff are great. The hotel is cozy and well maintained . I keep coming back !

The staff was lovely and attentive. They also helped with free luggage storage. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious enough. The location was also excellent! It did not feel like a 4 star hotel. I expect a higher standard of comfort and luxury from a 4 star hotel. The pillows are ok, but the towels were thin and worn. Overall, it feels like a decent, comfortable 3 star hotel.

Breakfast was lovely, the room was exactly as in pictures only a little smaller. Decoration perfect, stuff really nice. the only thing we didnt like is that there was a renovation going on and they didnt say anything about it. So one of the rooms had no view because of the cloth the painters used and the shuts should be closed at all times so the workers could not look in. there should be a discount for that kind of discomfort but the manager said that if we come next time there will be done there...

Room cleaning was below average, I don't think our sheets were changed even once, nor was the floor vacuumed (it's a carpet floor)

Very cute hotel with wonderful decor and art objects, mini table football and lounge area, constant coffee and croissants. Warm friendly helpful staff. Plenty of nearby options for mini market, boulangeries nd restaurants.

Beautiful lobby and room - everything was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Free coffee and tea and filtered water throughout the day in the lobby. The room is small-ish but for a city hotel it was perfectly fine. Great location - 5min walk from St Lazare train station, 10mins to Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. Nothing I didn't like

Great location. Very walkable. Beautiful Boutique hotel with gorgeous decor and charm. Decent city view, quite street next to a police station that was quiet. Nice cafes and a nice hotel breakfast with a good coffee machine. Ceiling height in the rooms on the top floor.

Everything about this property is perfection. The rooms are nice, clean and have everything you need. They even have complimentary snacks and drinks. The location is close to the metro and within walking distance to many sites, restaurants and cafes. I loved everything.

Staffs are really friendly, 3 mins walk to subway from hotel, many bakery and coffee shops around, hotel also provide water, refrements (includes fruits), so wonderful service. Will defintely come back again when visit Paris.

My second stay and the level of hospitality provided is very high. Each person we met was very professional,polite and helpful, met all our expectations and above. Location is perfect, close to everything,roughly to say in between the very center and Montmarte on a hill, one of the bakeries right in front of the hotel, just like restaurants and bars and other entertainment facilities are very close. Bathrooms are spotless clean, beds comfortable,blackout curtains heavy and black ?,street is silent and safe. “Buffet libre” and “free buffet” might be confusing and cause unpleasant surprise at the checkout for a guest,who doesn’t read his booking terms properly. Breakfast is for extra charge, just as it’s said here.

Accurate representation of the room, great breakfast and super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Lovely decor, friendly reception, free coffee during the day. Bathroom was cold, no heating, bit cramped in bedroom.
