The location was awesome for my purpose of staying, breakfast which we paid extra for wasn’t bad too. The room wasn’t renovated in a long time, you could see hod damaged was the furniture and the most important and only reason we couldn’t enjoy our staying was that during the night we were unable to sleep at night due to extremely loud noises and we could hear every person walking down the stairs, walking on the floor above or anyone walking to the stairs.

Nice a handy to transport No aircon

Well connected, it’s an old building but very clean, they changed towels every day; the staff super helpful and kind. It’s not exactly the property fault, but on the description of the hotel, when we booked it said “air conditioning” while there’s no AC in the whole building. At first we were given a room on the 5th floor and it was super hot! But the staff was very helpful and gave us a room on the first floor, facing the garden and that, plus a rainy day, helped a lot and we could enjoy our stay It’s not exactly the property fault, but on the description of the hotel, when we booked it said “air conditioning” while there’s no AC in the whole building. Lication Breakfast not good at all! Same cereals, bread, butter, ham, few cheese options, orange juice and tea/coffee every morning. Can’t tell if the croissants were fresh! No taste at all! Rooms are passable.

Not so far from the railway station This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I reckon even hostels would be better. I was given a room in the attic, where literally half the floor space is at a 45-degree angle. The compact toilet and shower cubicle (thank goodness they were there) gave off a terrible smell of sewage. Over the course of a day, the roof heats up so much that even at 5 am it’s still cooler outside. There is, of course, no water, and it isn’t even sold. (It’s a 15-minute walk to the nearest shop that’s open at night) And a special thanks to the house next door, where there was a right racket until 6.30 am, with constant shouting and screaming as if they were a savage tribe. I didn’t get a wink of sleep.

Location No kettle, no air con in 41C

The property was in a pretty good location and had a nice courtyard. The furnishings in the hotel rooms are outdated. There were not sufficient electrical outlets available in the room. The lack of air conditioning made this stay somewhat uncomfortable.

We were able to drop off our bags prior to check in and after check out.

Excellent location, great breakfast. We arrived in France during the heat wave, the hotel does not have air conditioning, however a fan was provided in the room. We were able to drop off our bags prior to check in and after check out.

Location was good! Close to any trams or trains needed to go around the city! Bathroom facility was nice! Staff were very pleasant and polite! Unfortunately no aircon which was difficult as we went during a heat wave however Paris is quite cool during spring and winter so unless your going in Summer it may be an issue. As well as minimal walking space for a 2 person room.
