That it was easily reachable because of it being in the centre of paris Bedbugs!!!! I don't like te be eaten by them; and possibly take them home with me.

Great location, close to main transport links, shops, and more. Acceptable for the price, though the place could be significantly improved throughout, with some greater customer care and compassion. Smelly room (unfortunately). Dangerous tiny lift (Health and safety)...

Ensuite Bathroom with liquid soap, quiet room, amazing breakfast, friendly staff. No air conditioning, no fan in room, had to step over used laundry sacks between room and reception.

Requested change in date of arrival one day earlier (available at the same price). Hotel did not respond to booking.com message, did not respond to text messages and did not pick the phone for 4 days; In the end it refused the request on the day where I had to find an alternative (having not heard from anybody).

Excellent location for Nord and Est stations, lovely breakfast, balcony, clean sheets and comfy beds, large bathroom, friendly staff, lift for luggage WiFi and hot water didn’t work On 5th floor with a tiny 1 person lift but we didn’t mind!
